In the new year we like to find ways to make use of the surge of positive energy to improve and renew ourselves and our lives. This might involve taking on additional tasks, often with weighty expectations, and possibly leading to more stress.
In the month of January, we'll be discovering how slowing down can actually bring us to a state of relaxation, flowing with the universal energy and helping us to achieve our goals with effortless ease.
Today we'll welcome in the new year with a Qi-Gong warm-up and Kundalini Yoga practice to bring the energies to find relaxation and flow while relieving hypertension, and helping our system to detox and rejuvenate.
