I just finished a fast myself, though i only did two days (48 hours). I do a 2-3 day fast once a week, depending on how busy I am. The other days l do Intermittent fasting (no breakfast). Fasting is hard at the beginning but gets easier the more you do it. I've lost a lot of weight and my blood results also improved since I started fasting. Best of luck to you!

About 4 of your lost pounds were water (this is water in your digestive track that is needed for digesting). 1lb. was fat and 1lb. was food in your digestive track. While you are getting your intestinal track rebooted (rebuilding your appetite), you will get the lost food and water back up and lose another pound or more of fat.
