Well done Keith. Another great video . Anne and I bought grass fed sirloin steak from Lidl a couple of weeks ago, she likes hers well done, and I like mine rare. Cooked as usual, neither of us could cut our steaks at all with steak knives. So got out the very sharp kitchen scissors, but even they couldn't cut through.the steaks. £6.00 in the bin

Try cutting the meat againts the grain, shouldn't be tough then. If its still tough trying that method, its not been properly prepared in the processing after slaughter.

I used to get the black garlic steaks from aldi, they where like sizzles steaks, you used to get 6 in a packet, but I sickened myself with them lol 😂...

Bullshit. The blood was not going anywhere near other foodstuffs. It was on the board and countertop which Keith would have sterilized. Its safe to eat rare beef,we did it forever!

Looks ok to me Keith. These vacuum sealed flavoured steaks are quite technical. The flavours act as a tenderizer for what would be an ordinary cut of meat and under vacuum pressure it's forced into the meat. So you get more flavour and a half decent steak. I like the pepper steak flavour. Cheers mate 👍🤤😀

Worst steak iv had. Flavour 10/10. Cooked them multitude of ways and each resukted in tough chewing meat.
