An upgrade of the Oil Catch Can hoses. Noticed during the dyno runs that the hose were too weak, upgraded them as you can see in this video.

Hello, I want to ask you if you know what temperature the high pressure fuel pump is at when the engine is at normal operating temperature. thank you

Replaced seals on a 207 HDi pump (heat-resistant green rubber seals, Teflon seals, and such, and I'd say 60 degrees plus-minus, it sits on the left, behind one of the pulleys. And, it's pressurized. The only thing helping it is the feed from lower-temperature diesel (or petrol in this case) coming from the tank at the back, could be its cooling in a sense.

@@malcolmsaysomethinggreatka2017 I am trying to recondition a high pressure fuel pump on my Peugeot 3008 car, and this information is important to me to be able to calculate the internal oil of this pump since for now it is a mystery that no one seems to know. Thank you in advance for answering me.

@crc1601 almost forgot, I' not sure but if I recall the fuel filter must have some heater element, maybe for when it's freezing cold to heat up fuel too. Just dawned on me to mention that. I had pictures but getting them would be a nightmare. My laptop needs a charger or some short, getting to that only after a few months. Best thing is taking pictures as you disassemble and refer back as you put everything back as it should be. I'd rate it 6 to 7 out of 10 difficulty. So, not impossible.

​@@crc1601 It's not too much, maybe only as a water glass, maybe less. I did replace the oil inside the hpfp, I did it in a big plastic container, I filled it up with oil. I completed installing the screws of pump in the oil. And I poured the rest of the oil back into it's own bottle. (What I do is completely amateur. Do it at your own risk.)
