Remapping 📈 for the 2nd time ‪@BeekAutoRacing‬. Switched from the aweful Alanko 207 RC turbo to a brand new BorgWarner 208GTi turbo
Setup during the dyno run:
📈198hp- 324nm at 1.2 bar (mapping from the Alonko turbo)
➡️Borg Warner 208GTi turbo upgrade
➡️Cupra intercooler
➡️200 cpsi downpipe
➡️Ford Focus 2.3 RS air filter
➡️Forge boost pipes
➡️Custom heat shield
➡️Dual oil catch cans

Damm waited so much for this video as iam building an RCZ thp 156 same as your project and just got exactly same issue with the alanko turbo eheh,

Mooi resultaat! Ik ben zelf ook bezig met het upgraden van m'n DS3. Klein vraagje, moet je meteen de auto laten chiptunen voor een upgrade naar de 207RC turbo? Ik ben namelijk nu bezig met het maken van m'n uitlaat & zou dan liever meteen de turbo vervangen voor die van de RC.

Nee, je hoeft het niet direct te doen, het chiptunen kun je dan combineren met andere uitgevoerde upgrades.

Hi THP tuning, Is the turbo from 208 GTI not the same as 207 RC/GTI? I have a 308 SW GT with the same engine as 207 (174hp) I think I need a new turbo, so if there is a difference from 208 GTI, i could by that instead, because the pipes go the same way.

Hey im wondering if the bmw n13 could achieve the same result with those thp you been modding. Is 270 hp a realistic number and if yes, what parts need upgrade?

Yes, you could get same results as the engine is, as good as, the same. Towards 220/230 hp is realistic, 270 is an option but you will need to invest far more upgrade all internals.
