I got to say this home is perfect. Regardless it being a little dated, it still works. Except for maybe changing some of the cabinets in the first half bath and in the laundry room just to brighten up the space. I really wouldn't change a thing. To be picky I kinda wish there was a 4th car garage. But overall the house is perfect. Just too rich for my blood.

Could someone tell me why the put the faucet on the side of the tub where you would climb in? The tub is very high and it would seem easier to get in and out if the faucet isn't right where you climb in and out. Am I missing something?

Hi, The kitchen was the winner for me on this one, so well done. But the price...yikes! I feel like this is the most expensive i've seen on your channel, but still not close to the exorbitantly expensive homes in my state of CA, you still get more for your money in NV. I have a random real estate question: say you have a builder that you love their home design and floor plan, but they don't build in NV, but you want to build one of their designs in NV since its cheaper to buy land in NV then in Cali; can such a thing be negotiated? Like can you buy a builders designs/floor plan/blueprints and hire your on contractor in NV? Or get them to build out of state? Does that occur? thanks.
