I gotta G37 with RTPs and a Muffler/Resonator delete, I ordered two 71226 Flowmaster Mufflers. I was in the same boat as you with being limited with driving at certain times, and just the sound is awful. I never thought I’d say it, but I can’t wait for my mufflers lmao. Straight through design too

are you getting the same style muffler? im doing same route on my G with non resonated test pipes stock resonators and muffler delete gonna add a flowfx muffler like this style only vids i see on youtube is the skinny bottle style ones and that doesnt even quiet down sound. oh and im adding shorty headers soon lol Can you do exhaust vids?

@@dbdb1681 I actually ended up getting fucked over by the company I ordered from, only set my back like $150.00. But, I also installed DC Headers over the summer, and I went to Canadian Tire and just bought two cheap DC Sports bullet mufflers, with a similar straight through design. It’s not the quietest, but I was shocked at how much it was tamed by simply adding two mufflers, the headers also made it sound a little smoother. I don’t have much, but check out what’s on my channel. There should be a couple videos for you to compare the before and after.

Nice. Im running full 3"catless from turbo out the back on my mkv 2.0t.. It does get kind of obnoxious at times so I'm considering a muffler or something as well. I've been told a glasspack fitted reverse from normal is also a good way to go.

Reverse as in, not flowing into the fiberglass packing, but rather have them flow against the metal? Honestly, in my opinion, unless that's placed around the middle as a resonator, it really won't do anything, aside from giving cops an excuse not to ticket if they ever decide to, for a modified exhaust. lol

Sadly no, I would recommend just a straight pipe, TDI's tend to be quiet. But I could be wrong
