Great video! However, you need to replace the brake booster vac line up to the bulkhead and add 2x non return valves! Otherwise under certain vac/boost combinations, you won’t have any brake assist to the servo! I originally didn’t have any valves in my brake boost line after the catch can, and my brakes were rubbish! The old PCV valve (under the manifold) that you removed was the non return valve to keep the brakes working as they should. 2nd vid coming up from you soon then! Lol.

I deleted the puck ... and loads of other stuff. Deleting the puck will keep positive pressure on the engine . Tends to slow the idle return rate. Probably more noticeable on a worn engine. Good video.

My turbo inlet pipe had the exact same problem, so I am waiting on delivery of a silicone replacement. That old rubber lasted 120K miles, so I guess that's ok... lol

Hey Warren. Wow, man. The standard configuration has some really convoluted pipes and hoses to deal with. Looks like that catch can setup was needed for a while. I reckon you noticed some marked improvements after removing all the years of sludge from the system. Those hoses were pretty corroded, huh?😝 I don't have an Audi, but you gave a good explanation on the install... should help fellow TT owners in the future. Cheers, buddy.✌

Hello. Good video. Its a long time ago fron the video was made but I want to tell you. In this engine the good idea of use the cath can is for delete de PCV valve. Maybe it's a good idea don't install it if you use the cath can.
