One of the nicer apartments I've seen sofar and for a very good price! I particularly like the separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. I hate it when your whole bathroom is wet after taking a shower!

wow, a really nice place and cost for a single expat. I'll be coming to the philippines in november, but I'm going to Iloilo city. I hope I can find a place like that there. I do plan on visiting dumaguete at some point, but mainly Iloilo. I have family living on that island so that's my reason in starting my adventure there.

@ezbuz-zen 5k reservation fee is a holding fee they will not rent it or take other offers. without the fee they will still accept offers and first one with that gives them the reservation or some kind of cash will be the one who gets to unit. The 5k is used toward the first months rent.
