Really enjoyed the video especially the way it was presented because it was presented in a very relaxing way.. thanks to you and Janet and Alma.. I would certainly fix the bedroom up on the ground floor and put me a shower on the ground floor I never set foot on the second floor.. it never ceases to amaze me how the people that build the houses in the Philippines can take a perfectly good house with great potential and totally screw it up from the design alone.. sometimes I wonder if the people that are designing these houses are not on crystal meth or crack cocaine.. you would figure a house of that caliber would have a jacuzzi tub somewheres.. and who in their right mind with any kind of money to work with with put wall mount air conditioners and not use inverted air conditioners.. the house designs are out of this world stupid.. the only thing that house has going for it is the yard and if everybody comes outside at one time it might even get a little crowded.. I do hope you and Janet go back and do a video on one of the studios for rent.. I would not rent or buy that house even if I had a lot of money.. the studio sound like they may be a really good deal so please go back and do a video on one of them.. thank you all very much because I always enjoy your rental videos..👍👍🍺🍻😎🇺🇸

If you act as your own contractor, you can easily assemble a local crew and build something like this on the beach for under $100K easy. Far less in more remote areas, but then you pay the price for other things.

Huge place, beautiful location but not many potential renters. The house needs all new aircons or the electric would be 30k. Even with inverters better plan on 20+. So you need to have the $5k usd budget and a willingness to blow 40% on a rental house. I haven't met a filipina yet that would agree to that.

Its too expensive and the interior is very old. You can see it in the bathroom. More than 20 years old. I think it will stay empty for a long time. The owner should have done more renovation to keep the interior up to date specially when asking this huge amount for rent.
