parasites could have cause all of her healthy issues!! Please do a vid interview on parasites. Many believe that parasites are not common in the USA...this is just another blatant LIE by the medical establishment. yt ch Dr Group states that he believes 90% of ALL US citizens have parasites causing their health issues. Parasites can be micro or macro (worms), candida, lyme etc and are very common in kids, people eating sushi or uncooked meat, people who own pets, eat veggies/meat...parasites affect EVERYONE. And, doctors are not educated on this aspect of health plus not educated on diet. a good place to start to understand how parasties are the root of most disease (Even Merck Big phrama company states this in the manual) yt Dr group Dr Berg, Dr Ken Berry, candida eric bakker naturopath (his chan name changed but,t his will get you there), Brenda watson road to perfect health, (vids on parasites) and library will have books. In the old days 1970's & prior parasites cleanse were common incluidng for kids prior to the September school start. Then BIG phrama took over and now you never hear about parasite cleanses. WHY? Because big phrama knows that if people did parasties cleanse twice a year they would not have any sick patients to push their evil Rx drugs. Many countries today still do parasite cleanses twice a year. they know the truth on how to keep the body & immune system strong. Vets know that if a pet is OVER eating or not gaining/keeping weight on they most likely have parasties. YET human doctors never tell their patients to do a parasite cleanse (whole house at the same time including pets & kids) to see if they get better. Most do. When this young lady talked about the evil narcissist that entered her life...most do not understand this aspect of her health. Narcissist are evil and create chaos/drama that causes the victim to get stressed out daily/hourly/minute and this causes health issues & also weakens the immune system. She was in a toxic relationship and inorder to fully heal your nervous/immune system you must get these narcissist out of your life aka toxic people out of your life. see "Oprah Dr Phil life code series" ...he talks about how dangerous these narcissist are to your life & bank accout and most importantly your health. To this young lady. I am PROUD OF YOU for pushing thur your nightmare knowing that something was bigger going on with your health. This is not easy to keep pushing thru when you are sick and cant even get out of bed. You learned the hard lesson that no one is going to save you ...that we all have to save ourselves. Wishing you nothing but the best & all the blessing you deserve for your dreams & goals. Take care. 💙🌊💙

Gout can occur when you first go carnivore especially if you have a history of it but over time as your body heals it goes away. Just make sure you’re not eating too much protein on the carnivore diet, this can easily be avoided by making sure you eat fatty meat.

02:10 🚀 Rebecca's journey: She had 10 autoimmune conditions, struggled with medications, and explored various diets before finding success with the carnivore diet. 14:43 🥩 Starting the carnivore diet: Rebecca began with a broader range of animal foods, including eggs and dairy, to help with weight gain and transitioned to strict carnivore over time. 20:05 ⚖️ Focus on sustainability: It's important to find a balance that allows you to stick to the diet and make gradual adjustments based on how your body responds. 20:54 🥩 Carnivore is not primarily a magic weight loss or weight gain diet. It's about finding your optimal weight and providing your body with essential nutrients from animal products for overall health. 21:23 🧐 Dairy and Stevia are individual considerations on the Carnivore diet. It's essential to assess whether you tolerate them and if they contribute to your overall dietary consistency. 22:19 🚶 Take a gradual approach to Carnivore and don't aim for perfection. Striving for progress over time and allowing yourself flexibility is key to long-term success. 22:44 🍳 During pregnancy, the daily Carnivore plate can include a variety of animal-based foods. For example, eggs, sausages, burgers, and a mix of different meats can provide necessary nutrients. 23:35 🥓 Intuitive eating can become a natural part of Carnivore once you've healed. You can incorporate some variety, even reintroducing small amounts of non-Carnivore foods like fruit and homemade sourdough bread. 27:11 🍖 The fat-to-protein ratio on Carnivore depends on your specific needs. Higher fat is recommended for healing and hormonal support, but the ratio should vary depending on individual factors. 28:06 ⚖️ It's essential to be patient and let your body heal before expecting significant weight loss on Carnivore. Give your body time to feel safe enough to utilize its own fat stores. 29:55 🩸 Hormonal balance is indicated by improved sleep, stable energy levels, and overall well-being. If you're struggling, it's a sign that you need to focus on healing and not rushing weight loss. 30:22 💪 Target one gram of protein per pound of desired body weight for most people. Protein is essential for maintaining lean muscle mass and overall health. 31:19 ☕ Coffee may or may not be suitable for you on Carnivore. Listen to your body and adjust your caffeine intake based on how it makes you feel. Balancing it is more important than strict avoidance. 40:36 🍵 Consider reducing or eliminating coffee if you're experiencing anxiety, as caffeine can contribute to it, but it's a personal choice. 41:00 🍴 Focus on appropriate macros for your body, like protein and fat ratios, rather than fixating on calorie counts for better results. 41:52 🍗 Eating for nutrient absorption and quality is more important than calorie counting, but a sufficient intake of healthy fats is essential. 43:17 🍔 Different macros affect your body differently, and calories from carbohydrates may lead to mood disorders, energy crashes, and fat storage. 44:39 🍲 Don't restrict your food intake when you start a carnivore diet. Eat until you're satiated to help regulate your weight. 45:37 🍽️ OMAD (One Meal a Day) can work for some, but it might not be optimal, especially for women. Consider individual needs and thyroid health. 47:23 🥓 Be cautious about foods like bacon, fatty lattes, and pork rinds. Focus on saturated fats like those found in ruminant animals. 48:20 🥩 Consider adding suet, lamb, and beef to your carnivore diet for better results. Suet is rich in stearic acid, which supports fat adaptation. 53:52 🥚 Eggs are a superfood and should be included in your carnivore diet. They are rich in essential nutrients. 54:44 🦐 Seafood, like oysters and shrimp, is mineral-dense and a great addition to the carnivore diet for overall health.

Thank you so much for sharing about your opioid addiction! I also went through that as a teen and young adult and when I got off the opioids I started leaning heavily on sugar and carbs and got addicted to that. Also smoking cigarettes and caffeine. So now I'm taking it one step at a time to break all of these addictions. Last year I cut out all caffeine and this year is about getting off the carbs. I'm 9 days in on carnivore now and already starting to feel amazing! Next year I'm tackling the smoking. I really just wanted to say thank you for being so honest and transparent. It helps more than you know!

A lot of people talk about ancestral eating and meat only but in reality humans have eaten bread for thousands of years and they werent overweight and sick till last century or so. It all the other processed stuff, and binging on way too much. IF we can enjoy them occasionally like she mentions it is truly freedom.

Some people have issues with gluten! I like that they mention elimination as a way to find foods that are agreeable and disagreeable with the way your body responds to them! @PanSearedRibeye68 no one saying eat what makes you deformed. Said if you find that certain ancestral foods don't actually hurt you then you could add back in. It's modern foods that are so bad, with bioengineered ingredients, multiple preservatives, sugary additives like corn syrup etc or soy fillers to cheaply bulk it up...there's a lot in our processed foods that we buy that are deforming us but when we talk about ancestral practices that have traditional ingredients- then you gotta see how you respond. No one says you gotta do it just if you wanted to you could.

Decided to eat my old fav breakfast out, bacon eggs, tortilla, coffee, fried tomatoes, black beans. And a small fresh juice. In an hour, my thumb join injury was killing me. It flares at allergies. Im going to try to ID the culprits. I would like to have a non carnivore item now and again. But first back on strict carnivore! God bless everyone in the fight to save our health!

Since I have been on Carnivore (seriously tho, not half way) for approximately three weeks, I feel the difference. I have not weighed myself at all, and decided to not to until much later because, I found doing so is what sabotaged the last time I tried this way of eating. If the scale did not move, I felt like I failed, although I knew my clothes were getting loose. But, instead of understanding the process, I made excuses to fail. I don’t know what I expected, but now I’m more aware. Ladies like this one, inspire me to stay the course, which I do. Particularly since we both lived in Raleigh, both have Hashimoto’s and may have dated the same narcissist🤣-who knows. But, I hope my success is as great as hers. As for cravings…I crave crispy fat-like burnt steak fat.

I’m at about 3 weeks carnivore as well, coming from a few months of keto, and I’ve been weighing myself daily (I’m a numbers guy). What’s interesting is my weight has stayed static since a couple days after switching, but my waist has dropped another inch so far, I’m noticing substantial muscle growth, and my strength has been rapidly increasing with every workout (which I started because I have to do something with all the energy I suddenly have). Weight definitely isn’t a great metric to focus on with carnivore; when you’re eating properly your body will handle the weight as it sees fit, whether that means shedding the excess immediately or maintaining the same total for a time while healing and re-balancing the composition.

Even though my situation is not similar at all, I can really relate to this story. My husband and I in our 60s went carnivore 6 weeks ago. We are homesteaders and we had freezers full of pork. And our first dairy cow had just had her first calf. There was no way we weren't going to use that dairy. So I have bought some beef from the store. But we've eaten pork and eggs and dairy and our one cup of coffee and some honey. And we are both feeling so much better and losing weight and getting stronger and sleeping better. At 6 weeks, we are hitting some soreness and fatigue which I think might be oxalate dumping. We actually wouldn't mind eating steak everyday, but that simply didn't fit in with our situation. So we're doing carnivore in a way that makes sense for us. We may eventually give up the coffee. We may eventually give up the honey. We might even eventually cut back on the dairy, although you just can't imagine having your own milk cow. If you haven't ever had your own milk cow. It's totally amazing. She's A1A2 so not perfect but it still raw and it's still partially A2 and I figured why not try? Anyway, I just wanted to say that this has been encouraging and I'm so glad that I decided to listen to it even though it didn't sound like it fit my situation.

We are all uniquely made, and when our health is getting out of whack it's great to try some different things to make our bodies feel better. I've discovered that since I upped my fat consumption I feel so much better and am sleeping through the night. I make my own butter and beef fat, add them to hot water (instead of coffee) and blend with an immersion blender. I also had my first huge lamb chop and it was heavenly! I started carnivore back in May and lost 10 lbs. the first 2 months, which I didn't really need or want to lose, but I've stayed the exact same weight since then (5'6"- 115 lbs). I think that's what I'm supposed to weigh and I feel great! I eat 2 meals a day at 10 and 3-4pm and don't eat till I'm stuffed. I just know when I've had enough.I never have the desire to snack, but I have my cup of butter/beef fat water in the evening and that's a treat for me.

When I listen to these stories, I get so angry. I have my own issues with the medical field but I can understand that doctors have not been taught in the last 40 or 50 years to ask questions and look for answers. Only to push pills. The days when students were taught to question ended with my late husband's medical education. That was before Big Pharma took over the medical schools. He was a gifted and caring doctor but he died too young, thanks to the fact that no one understood Diabetes and the relationship of food. The diet he was given was full of sugar and, I believe, killed him. Until the medical education changes, we are on our own.

Thats sad and disappointing. So many things are reversible, yet resistance from the medical profession and pharmaceutical industry is powerful, and coming from greed and ignorance and arrogance. Im beginning to believe that most of the chronic diseases of the west are self inflicted results of metabolic disease. I have reversed every chronic illness I had at 63, and am off all meds. Never been healthier, physically and mentally. Good luck to you.

Thank you for this interview. There is such wisdom here. Some of Rebekah’s story resonated with me. It often feels like I’m the only one who doesn’t get quick, easy weight loss, and who can’t do extended fasting because my gut doesn’t respond well. I’ve had huge histamine issues and had to quit the lion diet after 17 days because I had 17 days of diarrhoea and so much body pain! So found out some interesting things about the Amish in Lancaster County, There has never had a case of Autism, when the pandemic hit they had 1 case that they never tested. As a Lancaster native I would think they likely have it, but it's just not diagnosed, though it's likely not as common as in the general population. That's what I think based on observation. I don't have numbers or anything. .. Many of them eat the standard American diet in addition to their home grown meat and produce. Other lifestyle aspects certainly make for far healthier living than the average American... Just pointing out that most of them eat their fair share of junk food too. Vaccines are a different story that I'm sure plays into it too. It just probably isn't so simple.. I guess another aspect would be that mental health care is also stigmatized.

I’m sure they have it but it’s not diagnosed. And it is overly diagnosed and emphasized in our western societies. It is now a badge of honor and emphasized to get a diagnosis like that. 50 years ago people were not diagnosed with autism. And many of those people grew up to be very accomplished individuals. I think we are hindering Children now by throwing labels on them at such young ages. Instead of just helping the kid do what they need to do we slap a label on them and they end up living that label. Temple Grandin has some very interesting views on this topic. I highly recommend any of her books about autism or animals.

I decided that when I reach 90 days I was going to cut my coffee out and eat twice a day for 30 days and listening to you both as just made me think this is the right thing to do to be more beneficial ! In the past Exercise has been a big problem for me! my chronic pain stopped me in my tracks after 5mins of walking round my home now after 80+ days I'm doing a slow and steady 15 mins on my exercise bike as well as some stretching! My spine still gives me pain but my feet , knees hips and hands are not swellling up and sore anymore !🙏 And more important I am happy !! I've suffered with depression since 2006 and the first 5 months of this year were not good at all! I know get up feeling good , I sleep through the night , I open my curtains , I can concentrate , and I am doing jobs around the house that needed doing! Thank God for Carnivore and Ken Berry MD KZbin video because I'm sure I wouldn't be here now! Thank you again ladies such an amazing and helpful video ! You need to consume caffeine longer than 90 minutes after waking. This way adenosine has time to build up a little bit and you won't experience energy crashed throughout the day. That might be her reasons, caffeine too early in the morning.

My biggest issue with staying on Carnivore is the Cost of all the meat. I have 8 kids and eating different than my family doesn't work and buying enough meat for me costs so much of my budget.

I’m having the same problem. I’m struggling really hard to afford it. Junk food is horrible to consume with long term consequences but it stretches a lot further than eating only meat. I go through meat so fast then wonder how I can buy more. It’s really very stressful.
