I saw your long fight with that chuck. Some times you win, some times you don't. You won the battle but if you have serious plans to use that corded drill, I would buy a new keyless chuck and swap it out. Oh, did you keep and resharpen the drill bit stuck in that chuck... Thumbs Up!

For such pieces that are seized because of prolonged build up of persistent dirt rust and all sorts of gunk mixture, it's best to put the piece [i.e. the chuck here in this case] into a 50/50 mixture of acetone and differential oil for at least 48 hours without forcing and damaging the moving parts and tolerances. Good job well done.👍
