I praise God for ordaining you Pastor Skip. I have the personal experience of the filling with the Holy Spirit, the Living Water. I didn't know what happened to me. And now I know. Praise and Glory to our Lord Jesus Christ 🙏 I am from Sri Lanka. God let me to your church. You don't know me, but I pray for you, to be healed and comforted. God bless you, Pastor. ❤

Great stuff, especially the teaching on tongues, which can be quite confusing and controversial among many. This was sound teaching on that topic and very understandable.

😮from the amplified Bible I've been trying to figure out how to say EXACTLY that! "to 1 God's gift is this & to another it's that" & He needs all of us😊😇😁🙏

It's not "convenient to have the gift of tongues I know some people have it. Some people are raised believing in it, it's when people (believers) try to force or say "if you don't have this gift you aren't going to go to Heaven." No man walking this earth holds the key to Heaven this is God's place to judge. Not your church or their leader. We're all on different places in our lives we're all human but every 1 of us have different DNA God knows every individual one of us He knows our strengths as well as our weaknesses,& with His help we can all go to Heaven.🤗

Ok so the Prophets represent God to people & Preists represent people to God do you believe sins must be admitted to Preists? Because I haven't admitted my sins to anyone but God (in cercumstances where needed) whoever I sinned against ever since my 1st husband told his bishop our sins & his bishop took it to his (my 1st mother-in-law) who told him to tell my bishop who was then forced to call me in 1 (of many) reason I'm no longer a Mormon🤔

Hi Sky, in the Old Testament before Jesus came in the New Testament. The priest made the atonement for the sins of the people through animal sacrifice. However, when Jesus came He become the ultimate sacrifice for us so we can now ask Jesus Christ directly for forgiveness. (1 John 1:9) So there is no need to confess our sins to a priest or bishop to find forgiveness because neither can forgive our sins only Jesus can. There's an old hymn that says, "what can wash away my sins? Nothing but the blood of Jesus"

@@Nikkik401 thank you for your confirmation this is what I thought. I pray for the LDS people my whole family for generations are LDS. Multi generational brainwashing in a word SUX😭😭 I know in every group there are good & bad I also know no one group has the ONLY answer God knows every heart I feel that's why we're here Jesus forgave the man hanging on His right side before he died from here because he knew he was speaking to his God's son, & so do i

@@skyjust828 Yes, Jesus Christ truly is the only one who can forgive our sins. Regarding your LDS family, prayer for them that their eyes be open to the wonderful truth of Jesus. May you be a good testimony to them. Have you made the decision to accept Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour?

@@Nikkik401 me & my sister accepted Jesus Christ as personal Saviour just after my babtism ( like a month 😁) so we weren't sure what we were doing I was 8 she was 5 afraid to & afraid not to so on my advice "what could it hurt" 🤣😂 😮 we did strange how we turned out🤔 anyway I came to a realization why so many are leaving & calling themselves atheist 😭 it's the matrix "age" the Mormons have given too much control to man taken it from God I'm learning so much having left the church at age 16 in 1978. I TOTALLY understand people leaving "the church" but until today (Apr 7 2022) I couldn't understand why abandon God? I thank God for this revelation!
