I am so amazed and blown away every time not once in awhile every time that I listen to skip and realize how much I need to grow cuz I am carnal and I do not want to be but I know I'm growing because of the love I have for Jesus I've never had this kind of love before and that's amazing I've been watching skip for 6 months maybe a year I have learned and this is real sad to say but I have learned more from skip in 6 months or year then any church I've ever been in in my entire life and I've been going to church since I'm 16 I'm 51 now just so you know not all the time I went to church I took lots of breaks way too many breaks but I have grown more in 6 months than in 34 35 years I think God everyday that he brought skipp into my life because I don't just watch a service I watch a service and a Bible study and so much more I just can't explain to you the feeling I get after I'm done watching skip sometimes it's amazing sometimes I scratch my head and think man do I have a lot of work to do but there's one thing I know I'm growing in the Lord like never before and I know I'm going to get there cuz Jesus Christ first and Skip leading the way he is the best disciple that I've met on this planet and in my walk with Jesus he's very blessed and very privileged to be doing what he's doing Jesus knew what he was doing when he picked skip that's for sure I give Jesus all the credit and our father not skip but I am thankful that he is the one leading the way he's brought me more than any other teacher has ever done he is definitely woken up my insides and he's caught them on fire for Jesus thank you Jesus for everything that you do and thank you skip for just being you and allowing Jesus to lead you God bless each and every one of you for what you do at that church and please pray for the rest of the churches outside that they follow in your lead we sure could save a lot more souls if they did God bless you skip thank you Jesus thank you Father.

I have been following for 2 years Pastor Skip Heitzig. completed Genesis, Exodus and Now Leviticus going on of Torah. Acts chapter this is 3rd times. And now I am connecting some parts of Acts with Corinthians. I went through Paul's Second Missionary Journey to Corinth and there was Corinth. After knowing everything about Corinth. Now i am watching and studying Corinthians Series of yours. I thank you so much. I am growing in my spiritual Journey. And i feel blessed. Great Sir. Thank you So much. From Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

I've left a church that is all about miracles, signs and wonders but show little to no concern for members that aren't one of the "popular ones." Aggressive, judgemental, condemning and narcissistic. 😢 I'm grieving over it, a lot. I have forgiven but it still hurts.

In Germany it would be unthinkable to thank members of the military for their service in a church service. In Germany, we tend to see the military as a necessary evil. In Vietnam, Afghanistan and Iraq, the US military hasn't exactly covered itself in glory. Did the US servicemen who dropped the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki "dutifully" serve their "great" country? What about the so napalm bombs that military personnel of the "great" country USA rained down on Vietnam? Apparently Skip Heitzig confuses patriotism with Christianity. As a Christian, I am neither German, American, Vietnamese, Russian, Ukrainian, nor Japanese. As a Christian, I am a child of God. We Christians do not pursue a national agenda. We Christians are building the kingdom of God!!!!! American evangelical patriotism is a serious spiritual problem.

It is not wrong to thank individual people in a church service for serving their country. You are wound a little too tight, it seems. Loosen up. The pastor isn’t singing the praises of the US Armed Forces. He isn’t giving his approval for every act that has been perpetrated by the armed forces since our inception. He is giving recognition to those who serve our country voluntarily, which is “giving honor to whom honor is due” Romans 13:7 I understand your feelings because of the terrible history of Nazism, but don’t project that onto us.

Now with that said, your understanding of history is severely flawed. Your reasoning toward Japan’s bombing is laughable. Did you know Japan wasn’t going to surrender after Hiroshima? Of course you don’t. It took the Nagasaki bomb to end the war with Japan. If not for those bombs, we would still be fighting them. Your other examples are ridiculous as well, showing a liberal education. As Christians, we should only deal in truth, not liberal agenda.

Sorry but the alignment of a Christian with a galley slave is misguided and reveals that this gentleman knows little about the life of a galley slave, chained to a bench for life and sitting in their own excrement and pus. Christ does not treat us like that. Dramatic and impressive though the use of this comparison may be one should avoid using exagerated imagery to make a biblical point.

I suppose you know more than Pastor Skip, or John MacArthur or many other great learned men of God who make the EXACT same reference to galley slaves as in this video. I suppose I would be wrong though……
