I truly appreciate your wonderful knowledgeable information Dr. Li. I first encountered your presentations few months age and since I always believed that healthy eating contributes to a healthy body, I implemented some of your suggestion into my daily diet and used the many tips you have provided in your KZbin channel. By doing so, I managed to reduce my weight in 6 weeks to the level I wanted i.e., 54 kg, by eliminating starch and sugar. It is not a diet but a change of mind set and eating habit which requires structure, buying the food items and time to plan for the meals. After few weeks it became for me a habit to start my day with Oolong tea and enjoy the rest of the day by eating healthy while experimenting on a variety of food items (Mainly vegetables and certain fruits) you have suggested. I know that it may not work for everybody but it definitely works for me. Thank you for doing such a wonderful work.

I’ve created many videos sharing natural methods to improve health, and one of my favorite daily remedies is warm lemon ginger water. It’s incredibly simple to make-just squeeze half a lemon and add a few slices of fresh ginger to a glass of warm water. This soothing drink not only boosts your digestion and immunity but also helps reduce inflammation. It’s such a gentle yet powerful way to support your health every single day-give it a try!

@@bostonfrank6739 Fresh lemon ginger water-a perfect choice if you’re not a fan of warm drinks! It’s incredibly easy to make-just squeeze half a lemon, add a few slices of fresh ginger, and fill your glass with cold water. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to infuse, and you’ll have a refreshing drink that keeps you hydrated while boosting digestion, immunity, and energy. It’s a cool and revitalizing way to support your health every day-give it a try!

Endothelial tissue of those consuming olive oil rather than other oil or sat fat do show slower progression of heart disease. Cardiac events still happen...but later. Yet...it is the endothelial tissue in people of very lowfat consumer cultures that remain clean all their lives. These people are NOT consuming olive oil. They often do consume bitter cacao.

I respect Dr. Li’s expertise, so much so that I’ve purchased his book Eat to Beat Disease. That said, so many experts give conflicting info - some doctors, including neurologists/neuroscientists advise against drinking coffee or consuming caffeine due to negative effects - excitatory- on the brain. But I know Dr. Li is focusing on the health benefits whereas there are other doctors that focus on the negative effects of caffeine.

@MrTea7Күн бұрын
I switched from coffee to green tea in AM 20 years ago based on Dr. Perricone the skin specialist who claimed the tea would trigger weight loss all by itself. I was not overweight but had some nuisance adipose belly tissue. It works, I drink coffee in PM instead. The tea is a gentler dose of caffeine and gentler on the GI tract on empty stomach too. Works for me.

Would decafe coffee works the same in terms of anti-aging?
@stlounsbury6 күн бұрын
Doc mentioned sometime back in an earlier video that decaf does not destroy the chlorogenic acid.…also he says here at 1 minute 30 seconds in, that CA slows down the burning down of the telomeres and therefore you would age slower. So I think decaf is fine IMO. Also CA reduces inflammation and lowers blood sugar, both of which increase aging effects. IMO of course.
