if we can't digest the bread with chemicals, where do the chemicals go in our bodies? Does it line the intestines like glue? does it prevent absorption of nutrients?

I create a healthy environment by putting air cleaner plants(as Sansevieria or palm), which clean the room from formaldehyde, benzeen and all those chemicals releases from the paints, furniture, carpets etc.. And I install a device that can release negative ionion into the room for more than 2 million/cm3. There are not much negative ion in close spaces than in the nature. These ions sterilized the room from bacteria, viruses & all other chemicals. Negative ion releases relax hormones in the brain, prevent stress, depression etc etc

I am aiming for 16 hours fasting. I got the hint from my naturopath friend, when I experienced at bit of discomfort of my liver after eating fatty meals. She explained that our liver works at its hardest from 8-12 in the morning. I sometimes eat later in the evening, shortening my fast, but seldomly eat earlier like at 10:30 or 11. The liver is happy now, and I have dropped a bit more than a dress size. I came to love black coffee and don't like the change of flavor milk makes anymore. I do appreciate a small strong cappuccino occasionally, though.

I am a senior who sometimes spends way too much time sitting. I set a timer for an hour. I have to get up to turn it off. My goal is to move for ten minutes. It can be household chores or exercise. It also gives you time to listen to your body, bathroom break, thirst, hunger, whatever. It does give me more energy.

It's interesting how Doctors first right out the back is radiation Therapy Chemo, or Hormone. They never start with Holistic treatments, even if you have negative margins SMH. Most are there for the money, not your well being!

Why is it that everything that tastes good is unhealthy? One would think that evolution would program us to want what is good for us.

Learn how to ferment veggies and fish, make your own sourdough. Make your own kombucha. This alone will drastically improve gut biome. The US is the only country that doesn't incorporate this into their daily intake. Also, soak your beans 24 hours before you cook them. Less gas and easier for the body to digest and absorb the nutrients.

I thought sunlight supposed to be good for the skin since you get vitamin D. Too much of it I know it’s not good. I suppose it’s best to have lower ldl levels of cholesterol to be on the safe side because of oxidative stress.

Dear Dr. Li! I would love to purchase your book 'Eat this to Fight Disease' as an E-Book. On Amazon I have only seen an Audible version and the beautiful hard or spiral covers, which I can't get, as I'm in Egypt; audible is not bad, but I like reading taking notes and so on.. Your elaboration on the mechanism of action regarding certain foods is not only highly interesting, but very valuable to me, as I'm self-treating an illness. I yet haven't found a doctor for who is willing to leave his path of standard treatment or considering significant dose adjustments. Please tell me: Is your book available as an E-Book too?

So Dr Li is essentially saying if not geniunely gluten-sensitive, to eat a little amount of whole wheat grain, no sugar, no unprounouncable additives sourdough bread from a local bakery that uses a sourdough starter and eat it with single-estate (not blended) olive oil (not with butter)? :-)
