#1 - Face of Anger

Most of these videos will be reflective. But from time to time, I will record myself in the mists of my anger and frustration, check it back a few days later and post if I'm okay with it.
I think its important to show that its okay to cry and that we get wound up by the most ridiculous things and wanted to share what that looked like.

I've struggled to deal with anger ever since I was a child and its only gotten slightly easier as an adult. With smatterings of anxiety, low mood and a whole load of low-frustration tolerance (the new term for anger issues I've learnt), I've bumbled through managing my mental health in this life.
Now at 36, I've decided to share my reflections on the mostly stupid things I've gotten angry about and my realisations on this.
Sometimes humorous, sometimes sad and sometimes downright stupid, join me on this journey.
