FAT BURNING INDOOR WALK - This fun and sweaty indoor walking workout is going to get your heart rate up and burn lots of calories. I managed 8003 steps and also burned 564Cals in the hour. This workout is also low impact and beginner friendly. Perfect for anybody to get started from home!
**Total Calories burned will vary depending on your body composition, workout intensity and also fitness level.
There are 3 Circuits to complete 2 x through. 40 seconds work/20 seconds walk or rest.
You don't need any equipment for this one but feel free to add hand or ankle weights if you like!

l prefere any longer strength, weighted mixed workouts, intense enough hitt, tabata or cardio using dumbells, kettlebell, barbell bar.

please make a couple that is with no lunges or squats beginner friendly. Had trouble keeping up with u. I had to modify a lot of it. Thanks . I liked the walking workout just need beginners level .

I am away from home and have no access to weight. I am doing all no equipment routines and this walking one is fantastic!!!! I enjoyed every step of it. The low impact added value. 7500 steps 450 calories ! Loved this workout this is great for travel or when you just don't have the strength to do an intense strength session :) I loved this! Thank you Penny!

Ive always avoided walking workouts in favour of more intense ones but this was great! Definitely worked up more if a sweat than walking at my children's speed when we go out for a walk, and that last circuit was no joke! 🥵

I have a sports science degree CPT/CES 20 yrs this year an. Group fitness instructor of more than 15 modalities so I have to say I love your instruction. Kudos to you -well done! I loved it, as I’m getting older I don’t do my crazy stuff as much as I used to . And sometimes I don’t want to be creative and be the one teaching or leading a group and paint cheerleader about to be cheered on/ motivated, so thank you. I appreciate it and I know that there are very few instructors or trainers that can switch it up like you do so well done you💪🏽

@@garagefitnessgirl I had an amazing workout yesterday evening, I could do it outside with lovely sun and spring temperatures!!! I managed about 8100 steps 💪 (I tried to jog most of the time and for some exercices I used my 3kg DB). That killed me!!! And I burned 478 Cals 💪 It's so challenging and sweaty if you give 200% 🥰❤️ Thank you Penny ❤️ Elli

This was no walk in the park. I always over look walk exercises, as i feel its not as intense as HIIT workouts. This was nice Penny, i didnt feel like lifting any weights today, this was exactly what my body needed. sweating buckets. Thanks for sharing. I am a huge fan. Love from Dubai

This was great Penny! Basic moves made it easy to follow and I was pleasantly surprised how the time flew by! The 3rd set was probably the most challenging, but doable!

Did this today. My Garmin recorded 7200 steps and I burn 390cal. Iam 56cm tall and 69.5kgs. I didn't pause during the workout. Excellent workout Penny please give us more of these

LOVED this workout!!! Such a fresh change from the weighted exercises. Perhaps you could do a few more of these to pepper into the routine? I also appreciate that you are honest with the posted potential calorie burns. Many other fitness influencers will tell us that we can "burn 2,000 calories" on a video where it is obviously next to impossible. You posted 500 on this one... that is exactly what I burned. I know calorie burn varies from person to person, but the info you provide is spot on! Thanks!

Penny!It was amazing and hot! Despite the heat wave outside in my city I did it .When it was very hard I was trying to be distracted and I was looking out your window hoping to see a kiwi during the workout 😉😁 . Thank you 👍💪🔥💞🌹

Yes, more walking and body weight workouts! At this stage of my "fitness journey" it is often just what I need. I only finished 30 minutes as it was! The kiddies can always make it more intense by using a weight vest, ankle weights or jumping. Thanks for asking!

I love this style of workouts! I can't do HIIT workouts anymore sadly due to foot issues, so this has become my level of working out. Hope you do some more of these, 'cause I love your workouts! Thank you for putting out great content for us viewers.

Did the first circuit and loved it. Easily burned over 100 active calories and can’t wait to do the whole thing when I have more time. 💙🖤💙🖤💙🖤💙🖤💙 Did the whole thing and surprised at how out of breath I was doing a walk workout. Bpm went as high as 162…woah! Although this is a repeat workout, I didn’t mind it because it was set up so nicely, it didn’t feel long. 7,233 steps, 369 active calories burned. Will definitely do this one again and hope I can get in more steps next time. 💙💙💙

That was really good. I used ankle weights for the first circuit and couple of light dumbbells for the second. Didn’t use anything for the third. All in all it made for a really great workout. Thank you 🙏
