This 1 hour full body dumbbell workout will hit every single muscle in your body to help make you stronger, build muscle and burn energy!
The exercises within this dumbbell workout will be hitting our entire lower body, upper body, abs and core throughout, whilst also improving balance, co-ordination and mind to muscle connection.
You will need a mat and a pair of dumbbells. I am using 2 x 10 kg dumbbells for your reference.
Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds, 15 seconds to then get ready for next exercise! Every 3rd exercise is a staple exercise relating to either lower body or upper body and will be bodyweight only!
This real time workout consists of:
every 3rd exercise: SUMO SQUAT TO HAND TAP
MAKER
SINGLE ARM PRESS
SQUAT
SINGLE ARM PRESS
SUITCASE SUIT
VERTICAL TO HORIZONTAL RAISE
LUNGE PASS THROUGH
DIAGONAL PRESS
LUNGE W/PULSE
STANDING CHEST PRESS
LUNGE W/PULSE
SUPINE ROW
CALF RAISES
SUPINE ROW (opposite side)
every 3rd exercise: DEAD STOP PUSH UPS
ALTERNATING REAR LUNGES
RENEGADE ROW (one arm)
ROMANIAN DEADLIFT W/PULSE
RENEGADE ROW (other arm)
SNATCH (opposite side)
DIAMOND PRESS W/PULSE
ALTERNATING CURTSEY LUNGE
INCLINE CHEST PRESS
ROMANIAN DEADLIFT (HOLD 2 SECS)
PALM PARALLEL CURL
SINGLE LEG BRIDGE
SINGLE ARM CHEST PRESS
SINGLE LEG BRIDGE (opposite leg)
every 3rd exercise: REAR DELT SQUEEZE TO EXTENSION
KNEEL TO GLUTE SQUEEZE

RUSSIAN TWIST SET DOWN
SQUAT TO PRESS
Please remember to make this your own workout... take a break as and when you need to. Simply change the exercise to whatever suits you such as leg lower perform with bent knees or alternating leg and push ups on knees!
Ensure you spend at least 5 minutes warming up prior to beginning this full body workout.

Do this everyday and you´re guaranteed not to progress after day five. Your body needs rest. Yes, you´ll still burn calories like crazy but you´ll feel awfull and the training will become hellish.

No joke-I’ve been working out for over 20 years and these are the best workouts I have ever done-in or out of a gym.They keep me going, no burnout, super tough, engaging, and targets EVERYTHING! I am excited every morning to see what the days workout is! Today’s kicked my ass!

Turned 28 about a week ago and promised mysekf that I would do one of Caroline's one hour workouts once a week and up my cardio in an effort to take better care of myself. Admittedly, this week hasn't been fantastic from a self-care persepctive, but I think this workout was a great start. Thank you to Caroline and this community :)

This is actually the reason I became a PT, I realised so many focus too much on ‘thinner thighs’ or ‘losing fat from stomach’ yet if you focus on hard training, all those accomplishments along the way and the feeling of pure epic ness after a session, the aesthetic changes happen anyway! Oh my goodness. I randomly chose this 1 hour because I have the day off, I want to keep my schedule until Epic 2 starts Sunday, and mostly I am amazed at my progress! I even did the dead stop push-ups on my TOES! Hanging out with you this way, most every day is the best way to start. Just Thank You!

This is the workout that got me loving strength training and lifting heavy. I NEVER stuck with a strength routine until discovering Caroline when the gyms shut down in 2020. I love this workout. It comprises of all my favorite exercises. It kept me focused, and engaged and kept me pushing throughout even though i only used a 2kg pair. I am finding it hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle and working out daily. I have put on 20 kgs which is not pleasant. My body is weak and i am fat. I hate it. But I am trying.

Every single muscle was worked! I was having a crappy day, but this workout helped so much. And I don't know how but I feel a bit stronger (was able to use my 8 lbs on almost every exercise). I love this woman - Caroline you are so motivating!

So proud!! This was the first ever exercise I did with Caroline and I had to reduce the weight to 2x5 kg. Today, after many months, I did it again, with 2x10 kg!!!

One of my favorite workouts of yours and I've done a TON! I love that it's a full hour, no repeat besides the 3 staple moves, and it's full body hitting all areas! It was a good challenge and alot of fun. The hour flew by and felt amazing afterwards. Thank you for your videos. Truly shaped my body and mind. Much appreciated!

Caroline, your 1 hour full body WOs are the most mature, the most comprehensive ones on YT (and I've done a TON !) ! And you're providing us great new moves every week (who has ever seen the kneeling to squeeze ? !) No dumbbells for me but TRX, loop (renegade rows, DL, etc), one resistance band on the carpet in front of the TV, and another one around the "spiral stairs post" (can't find the English word, hope you understand !) ; I did explosive horizontal chest press with the latter instead of dead start push ups (I think it's a good substitution, isn't it ?), and my body will definitely be sore tomorrow ! I love love love these 1hr WOs so much 🔥🔥🤩💪💪

Done and dusted! So, I have had 3lbs, 5lbs, and 8lbs weights for many years, however since I have started doing your work outs I have gotten stronger and more confident, and last week I finally acquired 10lb weights 🙌🏽. I am pleased to say I used those all through this work out! 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 My progress these last few months have been so tangible and undeniable. Perfect timing! I came on to get a full body dumbbell workout and this had just been uploaded! I really enjoyed it and managed to push through all exercises although I did have to go on my knees for some of the push ups! Now time to make a coffee before the toddler wakes up! Feeling strong 💪🏼💖

I found your channel about a month or two ago and I love it in that masochistic way that one loves these things.😉 I did this workout today and it was perfect for a Sunday morning. The best part was when the words "30 minutes left, halfway to happiness" came up on the screen, and I said out loud to myself (and my dog), "I'm friggin' happy right now".😊 Thank you for putting this positive content out into the world.

Hi from Crete, Greece! Me and my kids have been training in our home-gym with your follow along sessions. I love the overall quality of your videos and how real & genuine you appear in them... you take a few seconds brakes when tired, you lose your balance a little bit etc. This is all so genuine! Probably my favourite Fullbody Friday to date. You will feel extremely tight after this one and a good time to check your definition out after. What I loved was that this goes from lower body to upper body in the same section. Its also really carefully crafted with the three different repeater sets. I used 12.5 kg and that probably was just on my limit for an hour of fullbody. Cheers Caroline loveky workouts this week, have a great weekend and give Winston a little pat from me.

Hi Matthew, I'm lucky I have a set of interchangeable DB so with a twist I can go from 2.5 kg up to 35kg, needless to say the 30s havent been used. Certainly was a great session and again another new format which I love. I see you are heading away so enjoy the break. I should have been in Las Vegas these two weeks but unfortunately not to be this year. Have a great weekend 👍

This is one of the best workouts.. The hour flew by. April will be 3 years working out with this amazing lady. Your workouts are simply amazing! Since I am stuck at home because of the pandemic, I have been super depressed that I can't go to the gym. But ever since I started your workouts which only has been two weeks ago, my body has started to become even better than when I was working out at the gym with all the machines! I look stronger, leaner and more toned! Really appreciate how effective these workouts are!

This looks like it's going straight to favorites! I'm waiting for my husband to get home from work so we can do it. But I wanted to let you know that this week I increased my weights for upper!! When I started your workouts, I was using 8 lbs for my upper and now I'm at 15 lbs. So it's very exciting to see strength gains! Especially for my weakest area. Thanks for everything you are doing. You are helping us so much and you're the absolute best trainer! 💘 I hope you have a wonderful weekend! I didn't specify, but 8 lbs per hand and now 15 per hand. Back when I did weights, I never went over 10 lbs per hand for anything other than lower. You have inspired me!

I’ve been a master fitness trainer for coming up to 20 years 2002 actually and him are usually don’t follow online workouts or trainers but since Covid and losing my teaching and trainer er job and now My moms caregiver to my I don’t teach my 10 classes a week or have my many clients, but it is so it’s nice I have someone that I respect that I can follow w and it’s clear why you have so many followers and thank you so much❤️🙏🏽

Hi Caroline, just done your back workout as a longer warmup...really good. I love doing body weight back exercises...I always think they go really well with abs work. Now that I am warmed up I am all ready to go with this...just working out what to use as weights for each exercise...I see you begin with a real tough one!! We are going on holiday for 2 weeks tomorrow...the north Norfolk coast. We were meant to go at Easter but weren’t allowed to travel in April. But I will take my band and iPAD so will be set up for exercise on the go. Are you going to get a holiday at any time? You must need it as you have been working so hard. We were to go away to Greece and I was going with a lady I train to do an ultra in Switzerland so maybe next year! Super you packed your bands.. that’s what I pack when going away! 🤩🤩🤩

I loved the every third exercise format. This hour flew by! I could actually feel my core strength today during the dead stop push ups, which is amazing because I never thought I’d have any core strength ever again after having my two kids. 😂 I love your method... train hard, have fun and the results will just follow!! Как же я рада что нашла вас на просторах Ютуба. Эта тренировка не дала мне на следующий день выполнять другую тренировку, все тело болело, но болело приятно)) Пожтому я решила поехать на наш участок поработать, а именно покапать грядки. Сейчас вечер и я хожу полу приседом, ноги болят , руки болят !! Давно я так себя хорошо не чувствовала) спасибо Вам !!!! Жду Ваших тренировок с нетерпением! Побольше тренировок для сушки тела!! И про питание рассказывайте и снимайте видео !!

I so loved this setup! Switching between lower body/upper body and the staple helps the time to go by faster and I enjoyed the abs incorporated in the last 20 minutes. Thanks Caroline! Oldie, but a goodie! I miss these 1 hour sessions!

Today's workout done ❤ Today I had 65% energy so I decided to go with this workout for today 💕 I used 5kg each..could have used 7.5kg each but had 65% energy so I did this with 5kg each 🥰 I think the workout was easy ad time litreally flyed by 😊I have been doing caroline's workout for about 7 months and had done epic 1 epic 2 before so this was quite easy for me 🤩but still enjoyed a lot🌟🌸 Enjoybility:10/10 Difficulty: 5/10 This shows how much I have progressed since the first time I started doing caroline's workout 🤩thank you so much for providing these amazing workouts 😘🥰

This is only my second ever comment on a KZbin video. I have been in the fitness industry for 25+ years. I absolutely love your workouts. There is so much variety, so the workouts are always fun and interesting. I'm getting great new ideas from you. Sometimes I do the full hour and sometimes the shorter hiit or body area focus workouts. I enjoy them all. I do sometimes modify because at age 55, my body is tighter and doesn't recover as well. But your workouts are easy to modify. I love that you just go straight through the workout with no talking but that you offer great tips for form, etc. at the beginning and typed out during. I also think you are being a great role model when you take breaks during your workout! It's really important for your followers to know that it's important to listen to your body, always go for quality, and take breaks when needed!

Another awesome workout! Got me out of the Sunday blues. I hurt my hand doing over zealous burpees last week, so had to do the push ups using a fist, rather than palm on floor. But other than that - steamed through it and loved it!! Thanks Caroline. I was 45 years old a few weeks ago, and despite Covid lock-in am feeling physically fitter than for a while!

That was an amazing workout 💪👏 15 min into the workout I kept telling myself only 3 x 15 minutes left.. another 15 minutes in I said come on ur half way thereee. another 15 and I was getting mad haha but I kept going. FINALLY its almost towards the end and I kept talking to the TV "really?! there's more!?" BUT finally it was over haha Thank you for a great workout.

This workout was phenomenal! Up until now I’ve struggled with your full body workout, not that they’re not exceptionally well thought out and creative but they’ve been hard for me, however I felt very good after this particular workout, I was able to keep my form throughout the routine and put in all my effort and maintain my intensity. By far one of the best routines I have ever done!!! Thanks again Caroline. You’re amazing!!

Wow.. That was really tiring. I used 2kg instead of 10 because im 11 years old but seriously that was something. I did this because at my football academy i noticed i was really skinny compared to the other kids. It was very tiring and my dog had to interupt as well 😅

It’s ok to be skinny! My son is also 11 and also skinny. That’s normal and totally healthy at your age and it will likely change as you get older. Exercise for the fun of it not in order to get a certain body type. You’re great just the way you are :)

I love how Caroline is so beautiful yet she doesnt have the camera set at angles to show her sexuality in order to score more views (like how some other exercise channels do). She lets the workout and her explanation of it speak for itself.

Love it! Done the 15 min back & core with my sliders! OMG I was sweating like a pig!😰😨😰 loved that workout!! I would love to see whole body or legs only workout with sliders..! I really love all your workouts Caroline but this has to be my favourite. I recently injured myself and tore my ligaments in my ankle so I am unable to do a lot of exercises but your workouts I can do. You are a God sent and a true inspiration, I am able to exercise now and not harm myself. Also your body is amazing and I am working out so I could look like you. Thank you Caroline!!!
