well, it actually took me 1 hour and 30 mins to finish this one.( and I have to confess : at some points I felt like I would never finish , but that's just my mind being mean to me again ) and also I refused to drop my 9.5 kg dumbbells. so Makers were pretty hard for me today as I used to do them with only 4 kg dumbbells. oh, and during those Hover to crab presses my body was like "wtf is going on here ,girl???" lol) and one last thing to my EPIC fam: please , don't listen to that mean voice in your head! believe in yourself ! you can do it!

Today, I did my very first full pushup not on my knees. I can't believe how far I've come. Exercises I would have skipped before because I'd immediately look at it and think I couldn't do it, I at least give them a try now. And most of the time, I can actually do it! Thank you, Caroline.

After doing your workouts Caroline, I have gained so much strength! I feel like a spring, more like a ping pong ball the whole day once I have completed the workout of the day. 5 kg weights used to feel so difficult to me but now I am using 7.5 kg weights and I am able to do most of the exercises with proper form! This is pure magic Caroline! Thank you so much for this EPIC programme our EPIC lady 🤗💪❤️

Hi Marcela...I think you have made a really good point here that one of the things Caroline is so brilliant at is getting us to do the maximum amount of work without wasting time.. so Yiu can really fit a lot of work into a 1 hour class...far more than with other instructors. Another winner from the EPIC vault ! Actually I haven't come across a workout from Caroline that I don't like. The benefits of these well planned sessions are numerous. Not only strength, fitness and definition but no migraines , great posture , no more lower back problems , good clean eating habits formed and last but not the least ..good solid sleep at night. If I were to rate the trainer and her workout I would give her 100/10!! It is truly EPIC!! Thank you, CG💓

Hi Caroline...just finished...and as a sort of extra warm up I did your 15 min abs at the start...I just couldn’t wait to do it!! Both workouts superb as always! The hover to crab press was tricky to get right, the makers as always were fun to do and the round with squat pulses on toes then squat hold on toes was tough!! I did this workout with my mum, who hasn't been working out often. I hadn't seen her for many months because of Australia's strict COVID lockdowns, and I didn't want to break the routine even on the day I went to visit her, and she is so supportive she offered to join in instead! She loved it, even coming into the middle of week 8 and she's sore but motivated as a result. Thanks Caroline.

Well that's Friday FullBody completed. Very tough today used 12.5kg and managed OK. A lot of Squats, Lunges, Makers, and Romanians.... just like your Christmas Selection Box all your favourites in one place😉. I don't know how everyone else is feeling but this has been a tough week of packed workouts. Can't wait to see what the last few weeks have in store for us all. @@matthewalmond4688 Hi Matthew I'm still recovering....on legs I normally use the same weights as Caroline but as this was quite the combination I used my upperbody reference point and went to one set up... 12.5. So lets just say I had a great workout. Ah I was gutted for our wee team would have been a lift in these times but we will just have to hope that we win the final of the Voice.... we have two chances there. Offcoarse we also have the best PT on youtube in our Caroline so we are lucky there. Have a fab weekend Matthew and see you Sunday.

Hi Anthony! What a Friday!!⭐⭐⭐ This workout is definitely in my top favourites ! Like you said it....just like a Christmas box but not with chocolates ☺️ If you used 12.5 kg than I bet you sweat a lot and you smashed this workout!!👏👏 I used 10 kg mostly and for other exercises 5 kg, each time I try to push myself to gain more strenght and resistance...but some exercises are hurting my lower back so I try to be careful with that. Yesterday was rest day but I did the EMOM from a while ago and some shoulder exercises😊 Can't wait for Sunday's workout but on the other hand...week 7 will be ending..and we are getting closer and closer to the end of the Epic program 😢

Amazing, I'm soaked in sweat but my body feels so light right now! Upped my weights (to 6kg) and was surprised at how challenging yet doable and FUN it felt. I swear, half the challenge of upping weights is getting over the mental block of, "I won't survive this workout🥵" and doing it anyway. I'm gaining strength and determination with this program and feel so much happier than before, it's unreal. 💗

wow, this was my favorite full body so far!! you don't realize how Caroline's workouts get harder--they creep up on you in terms of difficulty. I loved doing the trisets and realizing we had only done supersets in a previous full body (with the same 30 sec rest). Caroline, i love you!! haha you make me feel stronger, healthier, and I really am loving myself by working hard each day!

I previewed this workout and didn't think it was gonna be so hard. It was a mental struggle to keep going, but i feel so good finishing this workout. It was truly an amazing sweat session! I completed almost the whole thing with 12 lb dumbbells. Im so proud of everyone who made it this far!

One of the hardest workouts I've experienced in a long time. I've used 20 lbs each and I had to take some extra breaks and/or finish 5 seconds b4 the timer was up. Keep them coming, Caroline. You r the best 🤗

This was my best workout so far. But at times I needed some extra rest cause my heart was racing. Anybody else had the same problem? But I am so proud that I was able to finish. Thanks Caroline, I would have never thought that I was able to get here and do such challenging workouts. You really inspire us every day!! 🔥💯💝💪

I don't know about y'all but I burned almost 500 cal with modifications due to my injuries on my wrist & big toe so I applaud everyone else following the routine as it is!!!!!!! I am toasted but I am like...Bring it on...LOL

Wow!! Really enjoyed this one today.. Was a very well thought and planned workout... I really love the staple sets in between ❤️ Those squats burnout at the end were really good, kept going right to the end, but I swear you got faster towards the end but I kept up with you the whole way through the burnout, so feeling very proud of myself Thank you For another Epic workout ♥️ My legs are like jelly, I can feel the burn all over... Feeling totally amazing completing day 39💪💪 I Even did a quick tabata afterwards to finish off.. I love waking up to your workouts, it puts me in a great mood for the day.. I cannot believe we are nearly at the end of week 8, really liking forward to the hiit on Sunday... Really hoping and praying 🙏 that you'd get time after the 10 week challagne to set us all another challenge, as so love and enjoy your workouts You simple are the best Pt ever ❤️❤️I can't tell how much I appreciate all you do for us for free to keep us all fit and sane... I have never pushed so hard through workouts before, like really pushed even though I really really really want to sometimes give up. Your workouts inspire me to push myself, girl. Since I have been working out with you, I have seen and felt so many changes. I feel like my weaker side is finally starting to catch up to my stronger side, because of how much you make it easy to focus on form and using the right muscle. I absolutely love these workouts, CG. I loved the format of this workout so much!! Switching the staple exercise half way saved me, but the second staple exercise was equally challenging. Caroline knows how to format her workouts so they're really challenging but also fun.. Thank you Caroline!!

Day 39 ✅ Best workout out of the series till now. I think i died at 12% mark itself.. and got possessed by some demon and crushed the rest of the workout like a beast. Mostly used my 15s but did progress to 20s in between. Thank you Caroline ❤️

That was really goooooooooood routine... Thank you! I really enjoyed it! You really delivered on your promise working all the muscles! I am just happy that I was able to make it! I didn't know if I was able to carry through all the moves with the 10 kgs for an hour but I did except for the bear crow section (5kg) I am still scared of dropping the weight on my face LOL... My new words are slow and control! That really changes the game! Have a beautiful Friday!

Caroline I just want to say thank you so much for uploading all your workouts. They are amazing you are amazing. I can only speak for myself but they have kept me sane through out this entire pandemic especially because I lost my mom in September.
