This is my first attempt at something like this so if anyone has any constructive criticisms for the future, they would be very much appreciated! I'm hoping to do similar videos to this for the SNES, Famicom, and maybe even the PS1+2 games in the future.

One the most underrated gems on the N64,Mystical Ninja was one of best 3D Platformers ever made this game deserves a remaster or even another entry! C mon Konami give us Goemon again!

i Remember the first game (in the series) for me Was Mystical Ninja for the 64. back then i was "what the hell is this silly game." then Goemon's great adventure came out and i was "Oh shit they made another one!" and i just kept renting it over and over again. This series is what made me a bit more curious about Japan as a kid.

Same here! I think I got GGA as a child for my birthday, and I played it over and over again with my sister and my dad. It was so cool and different from everything else for the N64 at the time.

I played both games for n64 as a kid 20 years ago with my sibling and my mom would watch us play. We rented it on the weekends for YEARS. When I think about the amount of money we spent 😂 The three of us were listening to some Goemon OST today to test a portable speaker we just bought, and my mom said those were the best times of her life, playing video games together.

The n64 Mystical Ninja (localized name for the Ganbare Goemon series name I guess) was my first foray into ANYTHING explicitly "Japanese". I mean like where you could see real Kanji and hear the language. I cried so hard when I had to return it to Blockbuster.

These games gave me some of the best experiences I've ever had on the n64. It would be really cool to see them re-released in some sort of collection for modern consoles and PC, but knowing Konami I doubt that will ever happen.

Good mix. I like the original mystical ninja OST but the blank windy spaces and singing were too annoying.
