1 Hour Silent Meditation | Meditation for Beginners + FREE GUIDE
If you are new to meditation and want to develop a meditation practice? If so, then this video is for you. People always approach me about wanting to meditate more, but they are not sure where or how to start. So I came up with a 21 day meditation tracker and also made guided meditations/silent meditations to help you get started. I wanted to take the guess work out of it. All you have to do is to download the FREE Meditation Guide, pick from the meditation options and start meditating. It’s that simple! If you can, bring a friend with you and get started together. First time doing an hour meditation 🧘‍♀️ Was fidgeting mind wandering like crazy . 4 7 8 breathing technique helps. Progress better than perfection. Will do hour meditation on my days off .

Wonder why sometimes my head can move automatically while meditate, such as pulled back or turn the right suddenly. Honestly I enjoy (comfortable) when I follow that movement. I once tried to control it and moved my head back to the right position, but it moved again until I really open my eyes then that movements stop. Should I follow that movement or control so my head can stay in the right position?

It's best to let the body do what it's capable of doing. Spontaneous movement is a sign of the body living its spontaneity, the feeling of needing to do something about it can come up, which is a human condition. So, if something happens with your body, let it happen. Our bodies know better than we do, what it is that we need, to be, alive, and healthy.

Take support for the back. Once you get habitual it wont move.

Im just leaving this here for my future self. Day 1 7/19: Omg, I finished this without giving up even if my back hurts so much. My mind was still noisy though. Hopefully it improves over time. Tysm ❤🫶✨

❤ DAY 1 RESULTS: I am more focused at work. I am also more determined. For some reason, I feel like I like myself more. I doubt myself less. I endured 1hr of pain while meditating and it made me believe I can endure everything else 😂 I noticed a lot less overthinking. There are still a lot, but just so much less. I really like how I sat down in front of my computer and stayed there for 8hrs with minimal breaks. I was never that focused before

Day 2 UPDATE 7/20/24 My back hurts so bad, I forgot to turn the fan and ac off so I had to endure being cold for 1 hour. My mind is still noisy. I had to muster the strength and discipline to not open my eyes and check how many minutes were left. I still get distracted A LOT. I space out almost every 3 breaths and come back to focus after 5 to 7 breaths. This is what I get from watching too much yt shorts. But overall, I am happy cause I have seen some results from day 1 and although this session isnt perfect, I hope my focus will still improve. I almost forgot, I also exercised a lot of self discipline not to stop. My mind was very convincing and was telling me to drop the meditation and just do 30mins going forward. I stayed on track bc I know my mind is just playing tricks on me so I didnt trust that voice and carried on. Maybe exercising such discipline is also the reason why I feel like I like myself more. ❤

DAY 2 RESULTS: Well I actually started to crave meditation. But I have depression and oversleeps when something negative happens into my life and it happened today forr Day 3 so I ended up skipping Day 3. I'll try again. What I noticed tho is I was able to cry. I thought my well of tears dried up years ago when I couldn't cry for everything I've been through. But today I was more in tuned with my emotions and I was able to feel again. I've been feeling like a robot lately and it frustrates me. But on Day 2 I actually cried bc I got hurt. And it was so relaxing to be able. To feel your emotions in that depth and be able to shed some tears. ❤ I'll come back when I feel better. I'll do sleep guided meditations for today but hopefully i can comeback
