If you have a UL can you just buy a management then hook it up to the factory air strut?

I would not recommend running the factory bags off of a modern management system. You CAN, but the thing to remember is that Lexus never intended for the LS to squat on the bags like a low rider. You would have to calibrate your system to operate within the factory ride height settings. I have a UL and my husband and I are working toward replacing the entire air suspension system due to the age and slow leaks and knocks developing. Don't abuse your 20+ year old bags, Lexus is starting to discontinue parts for the LS.
