Well, "getting" just means you understand the motions and how it works. jjWren has been and remains my favorite engineer jock since I saw him trying to take on random physical challenges back in the day. In this, he understands that successful coaching requires breaking one skill into separate parts, and then proficiency arises when all of those parts feel natural. Those parts are also directly associated with the move, instead of being some abstract 'drill' that's supposed to help. Beginning. Middle. End. A lot of coaches in different disciplines really don't know how that works. Fantastic coaching, Wren. Jake's conclusive understanding from steps until he starts finding the nuance in timing was cool. Now the journey from clearing a trick to polishing a trick enough to use it in regular commuting.

The first was 48 hours of mild aching pain perforated by a few hours here and their of searing pain that ended with intense nausea.
