Namaste Kristina. Loved the pace of this practice, slow burn :). Not as challenging ( except for the locust pose variation)as your other classes, but felt amazing neverthless. Especially loved the halasana and paschimutanasana continuity. Thank you for this

Aida Adilova thank you for your feedback! Just wanted to clarify, what is more intense for you? Longer holds? More pushups? More arm balances? More poses requiring advanced flexibility? We are all at different levels, so I just wanted to know what this means for you? Have you tried last week practices? Kristina Matskevich ok, sorry for my English in advance :) I will try to explain :D When I was in China I used to practice those kind of very intense classes. Usually first part of practice was very intense warm up, second part of practice was deep stretching. The first part was so intense, that I really got sweat and it was like really very hard workout. Now I'm in my country and I still can't find good yoga teacher here. For clarify I can send you video what I mean, maybe on instagram or?

Also, were you a beginner when you were in China? We should also remember, when we are trying out new type of workouts, especially when we are beginners, they may seem really intense and challenging. But when the body gets used to the moves and gets stronger, they are not as challenging any more. Жду вашего видео и можете писать по-русски)

Уже 2,5 года как занимаюсь йогой) я не могу сказать что у меня получается всё из ваших практик, так как тело еще недостаточно гибкое :) но главное отличие практик в Китае(к тем учителям, к которым я ходила, так как были разные учителя) и всех остальных заключается в том, что в Китае действительно очень интенсивная практика. Спустя 15 мин.я уже была вся потная) можно ваш инстаграм? Я хотела по истории в DM скинуть)

Dear kristina, your videos are exceptionally good. I am following you for quite sometime now. Thanks for such a wonderful practice. Just one suggestion to plz pay attention to the sound of your videos. It's very low. I can't practice without Bluetooth which is very uncomfortable. Many thanks 😍

Well, so far I'm very far from full expression of locust pose but I'll do my best to improve :) It's very challenging because at first I didn't even know which muscles I should use to raise my legs-my boyfriend also tried to do it and failed (although 2 minutes earlier he was laughing at me as in his opinion I looked stupid trying to do the locust :P). I also had fun during arm balance (with one leg wrapped around the shoulder) - the very same moment you told that it's important to get out of the pose safely I lost my balance, collapsed and hit the tv board :D So for me this practice was demanding but also very joyful ;) Namaste Kristina!

Hi, I think it's fun to practice with your partner, I can't make my husband to practice with me. He is always working or tired) Just make sure your boyfriend doesn't just jump into difficult poses, but practices from the beginning to open up the body slowly) Namaste!
