Always challenging. Really like the breath focus. Some of the poses too advanced, but modified. Needed core work and reps. Just right. Enjoying looking upward. Noticing progress. Nothing painful. Thank you!

Hell yeah, it was almost like marines training 😁 I've gone through many 'I'm gonna give up' moments but somehow I managed to do all the push-ups, chaturangas and arm balances and I feel like Iron Woman now 😁 Thank you Kristina, this was really great, Namaste 🙏

Resa )) thank you! You may have to do some extra wrist warm ups before my classes) I try to ad the warm ups, but I always have yo sacrifice on something, otherwise the classes will be two hours))

It was very intense workout but enjoyed a lot 🙏🙏🙏 have one question for you if you can help - my palm especially part near the wrist gets swollen if I do lot of downward dog or other exercises that use hands/wrists intensively. Do you have any solution or suggestion.

you need to always stretch before the class. and make sure your mat is not too thick & foamy, it causes the wrist joint to overwork & take lots of load as you sync into the soft surface. everything is connected & we need to have proper glide between all muscles , fascia layers & tendons. so make sure to sort of massage the palm the forearm tissues moving the layers. there should be proper glide, hydration of the tissue for proper elasticity & function. Also upper body tightness , especially your shoulders influence how your wrist feel.
