Thank you so much for everything you do, the kindness of your time. I appreciate you. You mentioned in a short video that you would be releasing a collection and a new meditation piece. The Snowy Collection was released (love) however no meditation yet. I truly love your meditations, they calm my fears and anxiety when absolutely nothing else works-I have PTSD. I don’t mind listening to them over and over, but I did want to check if you were still going to post a new one? I am sure I am not the only one who finds them and you as a great comfort when searching to feel safe. Best to you.

@@jodicrews8996 Yes! I am working on it. It got delayed due to a barrage of unexpected things. I'm working on the script-- there will be many more meditations, short and longer sleep meditations. I've also been contending with nonstop construction that has made it harder to record!

@ honestly anything works! i’ve never had a lucid dream before but i’m still trying so just include whatever you think is best. :)) i know this is corny, but- i’m personally trying to learn so i can see my long-distance partner, but i know creating an entire space (and a person) in my mind will probably be difficult, so i have no idea what i’m doing lol. there are some techniques that are about visualising a gateway to the dream space from your room, i.e. imagining a trapdoor or portal under your bed or in your closet, and i know that helps a lot of people. maybe that’s an idea? i’m not sure haha

Very serene beautiful images. I’m ok even though I fell off the mattress into water. A passing mermaid pushed me back up and slapped my bum with her tail said something about congestion pricing and will mail me a bill. ❤

Haha, well, I think if the mattress gets high enough into the sky you can avoid the made up tolls. All the more reason for my futuristic city to exist. Now did you happen to fall out of your bed as you fell off the mattress in the story? I may have to add another disclaimer.
