The water show,skydiving,adventure parks, theme rides,horse riding etc 3. Every season a lot many riders comes to tropoz for bike and car racing (gtr,ferrari,bugati😏,etc) 4. There are so many villas of famous actors 5. So many actors do visit here (i met SSR in 2016) 6. top schools,grounds , koraigad man there are so many things to tell ....its no more less than any western developed cities... if indian govt made cities like this damn 😍💪❤

Large number of people can afford to live in well planned cities like Aamby. Well planned means roads, water, sewage, electricity - all is designed by city architect. Connectivity by road, air is well thought designed. Our elected member HATE this. They like to allow small shops on foot path. Allow illegal structures in the roads. This way they make "extra" income. When you compare our cities to developed countries (even like Malaysia) you see the difference. Only one success story I can see is- Hiranandani in Powai Mumbai. It is better managed because it is not under Mumbai City Corporation. The moment this comes under City Corporation, the whole complex will become big dirty village.

These are not cities but massive private resorts. Can you tell which of the owners of bungelows/houses of these two cities are residing there, have obtained aadhar card there, have enrolled their children in schools constructed there? Sharad pawar is a land mafia who is prime politician behind both these resorts. It will be an insult to town planning if we call it 'cities'. Pawar is main culprit in both cases. But he cleverly did not involve his name on record. Why both constructions are allowed to stand? Why Bharat's land, flora and founa of 10000 acres is being allowed to sale? In fact, both constructions should be seized by central govt and should be put to public use. Fraudsters do not have right of compensation. Persons who alleged to be investors are participants of fraud. It is a fraud upon Nation, and not upon any particular person. That is why as a custodian of Nation, centre must seize both constructions and declare it as public i.e.Nation's property. It should not be auctioned at all. SC is at fault in auctioning it. SC may auction those private properties of Sahara group directors which are independent of amby valley, but not amby valley. Amby valley land is the property of Bharat hence cannot be auctioned to pay the participants of fraud.
