@@dustylover100 you don’t have to verbally suggest ti suggest. He knows what he’s doing. Interesting how these so called “enforcers” infringing in people’s privacy to capitalize and in hopes to hit the lottery by setting up Police officers. That’s whats most annoying to me. And that alone will divide Police and people. There are some that respectfully educate our public servants but those are far few in between. The rest are garbage, who make the point in this types of footage worthless. Just this one alone, is ludicrous to think, it is ok to record what someone is doing in his personal phone. You know if you took that script and changed the costumes to street clothes, that scene would have worked perfectly well as a gang harassing someone who strayed into their neighborhood. no its actually a crime if you do harass someone, but he wasn't doing that, annoyance and alarm could be going up in someones face and screaming at them, or following them banging two pots together, that'd be criminal harassment, recording someone isn't if they're carrying out official duties for the government, it'd have to be much more than that

This might be the best first amendment audit video I've ever seen. This guy calmly, and intelligently explained what he was doing, and why he was doing it. He explained that removing someone from public for filming would be the same as removing them based on the color of their skin, or their religion. He explained that filming our government officials is the most basic right granted to us as citizens. He wasn't confrontational, and he created a clear dialogue. Because of this...his words appeared to actually have some impact, and hopefully they will ring in these officers heads the next time they contemplate violating someone's rights.

Lol cops do what they want with no care of what happens to others not even their own, they know the law they know what they are doing, their job is to ruin lives as much as they can, it's not ignorance of the law they just don't give a fuck they push the limit of jail time themselves and leave

That female officer Seonarine badge #18566 literally flipped my life up side down for some traffic tickets last year. She’s not in our community to help us she’s here to terrorize and instill her authority. Wish I was more educated on the laws because I knew she took advantage of me that day, I tried to fight it in court and ended up paying the maximum fines and had my L suspended. You can feel the hate in her energy, everytime I see her face my stomach turns 😡

Bro effffff that!!! I genuinely admit I do NOT have the balls like that! Holy Fk… behind a screen we can be tough af, but what you did calmly and consistently deserves major thanks!! While we can thank our police officers for running into danger to protect us, we must absolutely thank people like you who hold those very police officers accountable as well!! Thank you for what you do! I hope the next time they run into something like this, they’re a little more educated about it and can deescalate accordingly.

It also doesnt help that laws are written to be ambiguous and perplexing. This is why trials take so long as lawyers are constantly trying to explain those laws in different ways. How can one expect a High School graduate (most LEOs dont have college degrees) to interpret laws when judges and lawyers are constantly re-interpreting them. Its no excuse for some of these more cut and dry situations but its a flawed system from jump street.

I'll say that from viewing so many police interaction videos, most do know the laws (most blatantly choose to ignore it) they just pick and choose words from statues, ordinances, or policies and apply it however they see fit under the color of law to violate citizen's rights all just to enforce other people's feelings in public.

I applauded officer Trupia at 1st for walking away in the beginning, thinking he realize this was pointless, but he came back and went on a 2-minute rant and I applaud our auditor for waiting until he finished his rant before talking again. They all tried to bully him into leaving. Kudos for your effort. You protect everyone. On top of that, what a waste of resources. 6 officers wasting 30 minutes. I'm sure there's better things they could have been doing to abate real crime in the #2 crime-ridden city in the northeast.
