MD had over 200 yards in penalties. This game could have been ugly. They gave Bosco 5 free first downs when they were going to have to punt. At one point it was 3rd and 26 and MD gave them 55 yards in penalties on that drive to keep the drive going. If MD cleans up the penalties from being over aggressive they beat Bosco by 20+, and whoever thinks DJ is better than Bryce other than his parents are on crack rock or meth.

The competition is much much tougher here in the west though. Mater Dei and St John Bosco play some of the toughest teams around the US. ST Francis, DeMatha, DC, Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD) Mililani (Mililani), HI, St. John's (Washington, DC), Centennial (Peoria, AZ) These teams are much better than what Covington plays! If Covington Catholic had the schedule that Mater Dei or Bosco had no way they would be 13-0

You gotta watch the other longer video to really understand this but these refs didn't call a clean game. MD is the best team but SJB definitely had 2 touchdowns called back they shouldn't have been. & those were a couple low hits on the QB. Looks like #2 for SJB played Cornerback for the second half bc #4 for MD was torching #7 in the first half. When they play again they have to figure out how to get #2 the ball. #88 was taking out the game completely by MDs #6. The rematch needs to be on ESPN. If anybody can figure out how to tackle MD QB they might have a chance.
