Hi Emily, I am so glad all the recipes are either done in an oven or on a hob because I don't have an air fryer and recently all the recipes are about making it quickly in an air fryer.So thank you ,❤️

A tip for the raw red onion. Once it’s chopped up, soak the onion in cold water for about 15-20mins and it tastes away that harshness and makes them really yummy and perfect for a ‘slaw!

These are great ideas! We also do a pretty cost effective Lasagna and even a hearty roast chicken with veggies (potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, onion) is pretty cost effective. Basically eating in will always serve more people for less… easy ingredients that you don’t have to specialise (I.e. use across multiple recipes) is helpful too. Even burger night at home is fun and filling and probably under £10

These look great. You could put the sweet chilli sauce into your fishcakes instead of the curry paste for flavour, and then buy the extra can of tuna as you said. Less ingredients. One can of tuna for 5 people is really not much protein.

I love the recipes but my kids are so fussy they wouldn't eat the fishcakes but I liked the noodle recipe for me and hubby. Lasagne is another good cheap meal you can freeze leftovers, I also make homemade pies, minced beef and onion, spag bol xx

U could make the sausage casserole in ur slow cooker. So when emily puts it in oven u could put in slow cooker on high for about 3 hours
