It’s time to find out how you compare to other guys when it comes to the 1 minute sit-up challenge. The rules are pretty simple, you have one minute to do as many sit-ups as you can with your hands behind your head.
Once one minute is up, you’re done.
According to an article from Men’s Health, men in their 20’s averaged 40 sit-ups in a minute.
Men in their 30’s averaged 36 sit-ups in a minute.
Mens in their 40’s averaged 31, men in their 50’s averaged 26 and men in their 60’s averaged 20 sit-ups in one minute.
I just took this challenge and was able to get 45 sit-ups, now it’s your turn. I made this video exactly 60 seconds, so if you don;t have a timer handy start this video over and do sit-ups until it ends, then let me know how many sit-ups you managed to get in 1 minute along with your age.
