Quality! Keep it up! I'd definitely recommend filming some of your training when possible to see your progress! Even if it's just filming a couple of kicks, nothing fancy! Then in 6 months time you can look back and see how much you've progressed!

I love watching beginners progress. Been training Muay Thai for 20 years and I got my twins started at around six years old they've been going for 6 years now, and there's nothing like watching a new fighter progress and gain confidence. You never know who's going to turn out to be special

Great improvements thus far mate keep up the good work! Couple of tips (yes, I've fought Muay Thai and trained in Thailand for years, not a keyboard warrior hating just sharing), the turn of the foot on the hook is not that of boxing in Muay Thai how you're being taught, stance needs adjusting, and please, turn those hips over when you kick so you don't end up with fucked hips later down the line ok bro! Really impressive month's work, keep at it dude, and โชคดีด้วยนะครับ 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Thank you for the comment! I'm the coach and yes you are absolutely right! I've trained and competed in Muay Thai, K1 and and Professional Boxing so I kind of teach an all around style and then it's up to the student to figure out in the moment what to do in the spar/ fight depending on which sport they're in! I coach a lot of the lads for MMA and am always going over the pros and cons of each method to throw a punch or kick etc. Thanks for adding some knowledge to the page 😄🙌

Keep up the work! I would wanna give a tip(consider or not depends on you): When you lowkick do a slight step outside with you r nonkicking foot in order to give more momentum(acceleration) and respectfully more power to your kick.

So would you recommend it for weight loss of a heavier guy?
@Wablestomp2
@Wablestomp2 5 ай бұрын
If your goal is weight loss then you need to burn more calories than you consume. Consuming fewer calories is the most straight forward and “easiest”. Burning more calories via exercise like muay Thai will increase the rate of loss all else equal. It's IMPOSSIBLE to out work a bad diet though. You can eat 1,000 calories in 2min with a few donughts and chocolate milk. Burning 1,000 calories with muay Thai is a grueling process.
