YES copilot works awesome with lua, there’s a lot of repeated code that it autocompletes. I like the combat, too! Big fan of yahtzee. Will there be other types of dice, too? Like skill or magic. Or maybe a rare type that you can only have one of

I have a bunch of different abilities that each dice side can have planned, so each dice will be best used in certain situations based on those abilities. There will be a general rarity where certain dice will only be available later in a run, but the concept of only having one is interesting

what make you change your target from Unity to the playdate? (I'm also doing a game for the playdate)

I just got really interested in making something for the playdate when I found it, and the limited hardware really forces me to lower the scope of the mechanics

I've thought about it, but I'm not sure. I don't think my code is great, so not sure if it's something that's good for people to learn from
