Gloria!!! Thank you beautiful! I’m so happy for you and your new journey! I promise you will not regret it! Yes I do recommend a sweat band. I also started plaiting the parameter of my hair and then I add the sweat band and that has been keeping my hair from unraveling.

A small portion of my back unraveled..I think my grade of hair is softer and straighter...but other than that so far so 👍 good. I look forward to 3 months and beyond..today I am 1 month in..soooooo
