Wow! I have been experiencing what Dr. Doty is explaining. A couple of years ago I just knew it was time to stop living for myself and to begin living for others. Like Dr. Doty explains, what an incredible difference it makes! 'For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.' (Matthew 16:25) Until then, I had a difficult time understanding that verse, but as Dr. Doty says, in living a life of service is how we find the most fulfillment.

I live in Westminster in central London and the area is full of large Victorian housing Estates built by Victorian entrepreneurs, and there are several other collections of houses owned by similar housing trusts. In the absence of the government doing their job, these estates provide wonderful homes at very affordable prices. Or in many cases for no rent at all. I wish entrepreneurs would use their money for this purpose nowadays, rather than money laundering it through charities and offshore this and that. They also built beautiful stately homes and country houses which we still get to enjoy nowadays. They enjoyed housing people and taking care of them rather than the depopulation endeavours that a certain modern entrepreneur chooses.

I would encourage those who read their bibles to study this parable in the light of Dr. Doty's teachings. Many Christians are against having wealth of any kind because they are afraid of it and how it might corrupt them. It's a lesson we all need to go through for ourselves.

It is the inability to cleave (connect) with other people that leaves a gaping hole in the soul that tries to fill it with material good ‘noise.’ Read Daniel 2:43-44 to learn a major driver of this nervous system dysfunction effect. Rusty iron filings were added to the foo(le)d supply in 1941, it was increased 50% more recently, and the mega-corps out in an extra 30% just because it is so ‘valuable.’ Chumps gonna get chumped. I bet zero people benefit from this post - too NPC at this point. Food OCD is a form of materialism. Morley Robbins will explain the scientific cause and effect relationships tying toxic iron to NLRP3 inflammazone activation - the Fe-ar sensor of the cell. It hyper-sensitizes one’s ire. Waooow ! The anecdote of the rich, miserable man who is not willing to let go of the sum of his money in his quest for genuine happiness is exactly a parallel of Jesus' encounter with the rich, young man in the Holy Bible. This guy asked Jesus to tell him what he needed to do to win heaven and Jesus asked him to go sell his property and give the money to the poor, then come back to him. But at last, the rich guy couldn't do as directed. Hence the conclusion, "It's easier for a Carmel to pass through the eye of the needle than for a rich an to go to heaven" . This discussion may not be 'religiousity' but is very rich and profound to realizing true peace and meaning to our existence. Lots of answers are provided to most of our existentialist problems .

There is two type of wealth, knowledge and materialistic wealth. Everyone choose one at some point in his life and they either suffer or they live happely. Money is like sugar if u use it to show off you will get so many ants on you thats when the sugar run off they are gone too. But a wise one would not show off and live minamalistic as he could decently, and helps who comes when they dont see nothing. I lived in isolation for years because the world is full with fakes after i healed my trama and started my new life old friends stop recognizing me, why? Because i had nothing to lose and tried everything my mind tells me to then take break an analizing what happened, emotional intelegence is something so powerful that i never wear anything flashy but people comes and open up to me without knowing them, its a blessing and trying to help them is my passion. If the truth is that to increase probability to manifest your intentions is when that intention is connected with compassion and help aimed toward other people or living beings, why most of people who gain power, wealth, etc. to fulfill their desires are so selfish, self oriented.
