1 owner 38k mile 89 Honda Accord LXI part 3 fixing body dents & finding major rust, can it be saved?

Part 3 of the series on the 89 Honda Accord I purchased from Miami with only 38k miles and one owner. After starting the body work restoration I came across some major rust. Can it be fixed? We will find out.

Yeah it took a while to get the seller to respond and I was heading his way on vacation so worked out perfect. Made the full trip back driving it
