It's great, I bought it for emergency like when lights are out during raining season, in the mean while I use it to run my PCs, cel phones, treadmill all using 1 solar panel, saving a little money on electricity it will pay for itself in 4 years 😆. Great video 👍

Great review! Appreciate your honesty. It should be noted that the extra battery does not work as advertised in the manual. Per the manual it would auto switch over once the extra battery is depleted, however this is not the case as confirmed by Vtoman in their email response. Once the extra battery is depleted the unit will shut off and the extra must be unplugged and the main unit turned back on, or the to use the power of the main unit first and then plug in the extra battery once the main unit is low. Not an ideal situation and should be noted on their website. I will be returning mine.

in the solar charging segment, it was good to hear you mention the required input voltage. My other solar station needed much lower voltage input to work, but the vtoman needs 30 to 60 volt input. The 220 watt pro panel they sell runs at 48 volts so it's compatible. Be sure to check your own panels for compatibility before you buy.

Yeah I purchased one hoping to use my portable panel which is 160w @ 18v. So now I'm thinking I would have to buy 2x 100w panels run in series to get over that 30v input? I have the 1500w jump which works great but this one is almost double that plus fast charges. I do have 300w rooftop on my RV but they're in parallel so that won't work unless I plug this into the 12v dc input or charge from inverter or generator or the jump 1500w while it's charging off the portable solar or perhaps I can plug my portable solar panel directly into the 12vdc input. Other option would be to use my mppt converter charger and set it to 48v. But I don't like that it will only accept 30v + solar input.🤯

I've also heard that the noisy AC fan kicks on when AC is used. I'm gonna be doing some testing and compare it to the jump.

I got a vtoman 2200 and an extra battery 1500, but the power plant did not charge the extra battery. I don't see charging information on the extra battery with the jump 2200, what is the reason?

which one is better? vtoman flash speed 1500 or jump 1800?

The jump 1800 works perfect. But it has slow charging the flash speed 1500 has all kinds of trips, it shuts down by itself randomly. And if you hook this up to the extra battery, it stops at halfway. The extra battery does not seamlessly extend the output. I argued with his company for almost a month. I had to get Amazon, my PayPal and my Visa involved before this company finally return my money. They didn't want to return my money upfront. They admitted to me that the product didn't work as described. I would highly suggest do not buy from this company as they don't stand behind the product and when there is a product problem they put it on your shoulders to prove it. I had to make KZbin videos they sent me through two or three different people for emails. Nobody actually wanted to help me. I felt hurt that this was the worst company service I've ever had. I hope nobody else purchases this unit with their hard earned money.

I have read reviews that these Vtoman power stations just simply stop working for no reason and the customer service won't honor their warranty and stand by their products. One YTcaster said the company supplies people free product in exchange for positive reviews. Is this anything that you have heard about or can comment on? I'd like to get one, but I don't have money to potentially throw away if the power station is no good.

If you can get this product for free as a KZbin reviewer, fine! But I would highly suggest not buying this product. I spent just over $4000 buying two flash 1500s and two extra batteries. When I got them they did not work seamlessly together like the manufacturer advertised. Now the manufactured is giving me the runaround on trying to return this under the 30 date no hassle return policy. So now I'm trying to get PayPal involved. This company I personally would not do business with again!
