Very good work. There's no need for a perfect alignment of the blocks, you just have to ensure no 2 lines in the preceding and succeeding rows of bricks join in a straight line. Electrical work is also good since they haven't tampered with the walls. One idea I had to avoid lintel was to extend the 4 edges of the wall to 1-1.5 feet and another separate pillar like junction every 5-7 feet to increase the strength, but this is only for longer length. Just paint the roof with some white paint it will significantly reduce heat from the top.

@@visyuthifarms without lintel, you can just add 2 shelves with the same interlock bricks one inside and another outside, which means the wall has + shape support instead of 90° bend or a straight wall. You can also extend the length of the wall, so instead of 90° bend, the edge will look like a + junction (like tic tac game lines) which makes it stronger without a lintel. Some extra bricks will be needed though.
