It's really a lot of trial and error. Set it at a medium amount, and then add more if it feels sluggish and take some away if it's too solid.

maybe im just fat as hell but i was bottoming out my suspension dropping in an 8 foot with around 200 psi on '22 bomber DJs. eventually i screwed the bike up, and now im just on my 20 again
