I wouldn’t do it. This is something best sent by his friends or other people in his life than his main romantic interest - YOU. Imagine a guy sending you a video about how to be a better woman him so he feels like he can keep dating you - infantilizing right? Then same for the man, except 10x worse. I know you want the best for him but this is work that the man has to want to do, and the woman has to learn to let them walk that road themselves and not try to control them.
