One question which is relevant to right now is about Ramadan. During the life of Muhammad they used the solar hijri calender (Persian). 60 years after his death the third caliph changed it to the Luna hijri calender. The lunar calendar doesn't work the months jump around. Ramadan was the scorched month deriving it's name from Ramada. The lunar calender would be a innovation and it has really big implications. I am fasting I am committed to doing it for Allah SWT but... Is it the correct month? The name of the month suggests otherwise. If you do just a little bit of research you will see what I have said is true and it does back up the hadith of the prophecy that in the future Muslims would pray in the wrong times (5 times a day) and there will be an age of religious ignorance. My search for truth, the same one that lead me to Allah SWT the creator. Has lead me to this question and many more. Some have brought answers like, Who should of been the caliph after his death, it should of been Ali. Also that the hadith was banned during his lifetime but written 200 years later. Outside of the 3 best generations after our beloved prophet.

Regarding the discussion in video that "we are in a digital age of information and knowledge" this doesn't mean every Sunni will go online and search for the truth.. There is a first step before that, which is forbidden to them, in MOST Sunni sects religious logic "research in islam" is termed as "haram", because the early munafiqeen feared this will lead to truth, thus a majority still abide by this rule.. so, without the first step, the journey will not start and they are in the ditch forever until they die, except just a rare dozen sunnis per year. Other than this, the reasons are hatred, they are taught the shia killed Ahlulbait, were rebels or jews, and their madrasas and schools teach: Shia are kuffar, never read their books, befriend them and don't go to their majalis gatherings, shia are evil magicians originated from Jews etc...the half-religious sunnis think "our scholars are saying this, so it must be the truth". And if you don't believe me, ask a bunch of sunnis some religious questions they will not know anything, I've heard absurd answers always, and they don't care, they say 'we know how to do wadhu, and salah, and some know Arabic to read the quran (without understanding or bothering the translation) they say this is sufficient and no research is needed, as Islam is perfect (I wonder why they conflict their own belief when they suddenly start believing in imam and say "imam" mahdi will redeem and bring the true values of Islam (it's clashing with their logic that their version of islam is already perfect). Also, talking about 12th imam, suddenly they try to believe and love imam mahdi while not knowing anything about the other 11 imams or often disbelieving in them (rare lazy sunnis who attempt research know about the hadeeth of 12 imams, and their version of 11 imams are various personalities including Yazeed, Muaviah) KZbin has some interesting and funny responses to this question when asked to "learned" sunni scholars.

As a born Sunni, Prophet Muhammad saw never brought Sunni or Shii but only Islam. Ultimately, the Shii also prescribe and practice the Sunna. Elhamdulilah we are Muslims and we need to accept, embrace and love one another. It's simple..if the concept one follows does not align with what was accepted during the life of Prophet PBUH then that concept is not part of Islam period. No one followed Hazrat Hussain and Hassan AS or even Ali the way shows wondering the life of Prophet PBUH or anyone else from Prophet PBUHs house hold.
