as a barista, i would recommend using an espresso machine, any other form of coffee is going to be too weak. Espresso has a very unique strong flavor and creaminess that really adds to a white mocha. they have like 30 dollar ones online that are decent.

Not everyone can afford a $30 machine. Just get yourself a moka pot for way cheaper. Just make sure to get a gas ring extender if you have a gas stove.

Okay hear me out I made it with 2 cups of white chocolate baking chips 1 cup of condensed milk A pinch of salt And 1/3 cup of sugar And then 2 percent milk Mixing the condensed milk salt and sugar until the sugar melts adding in the chips slowly once all melted add in milk and keep mixing until it all comes together (i make it a bit runnier so itll mix in with the drink better and also it thickens i think i roughly use like a cup of milk) And a dash of the vanilla extract if you want It tastes exactly like the toasted white mocha syrup

I’ve never had it with toffee but syrup but that sounds like it’s be good! Give it a shot at home tho, it’s pretty easy to make and ingredients are in average stores like Walmart!

You can make sweet cream foam much cheaper by just using half-and-half and adding simple syrup (or vanilla syrup, or whichever syrup flavor you're wanting it flavored). Heavy cream and condensed milk really bumps up the price.

This may be a dumb question (I’m totally new to this) but I have just made this and it is by far the closest version I have ever gotten! So my question is, with the sweet cream foam, can you keep and refrigerate what you don’t use? Meaning can you make enough for say say 3 drinks and add the foam each time? Or is it one of those things that toy have to make at the time?

Honestly this is a great question! The foam tends to become less frothy if you store it in the fridge from my experience. If you want to store it, consider re-mixing it before using it to get the foam texture right again! Otherwise just store it in an airtight container and it should be okay for a day or two. Hope this helps!
