Hello sir, I am a student in Italy and about to graduate in March 2025. I have the renewal of my residence permit receipt which only allows me to travel within home country and Italy and not outside Italy. My mother and I had applied for family visitor visa of Germany and our visa was approved by the embassy. Due to emergency, we could not travel because my mother was a little sick, so the doctor told her to rest for 10 days. In this cycle your visa expired and want to know if we can apply again is there any chance of getting visa or not because there was admission in hospital so we could not go we have medical proof

You cannot travel to Schengen countries without a Schengen visa. You can travel some European countries with USA visa like Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Albania, Georgia
