Moringa with egg recipe: fry chopped onion, garlic crushed and chopped 1 clove and 1 green chilly in little oil till the onion is translucent then add the leaves with turmeric and salt.Mix well n cover n cook .. keep mixing frequently until it’s fully cooked… add one egg in the end n mis well till it looks like scrambled egg.. this tastes good n looks good as leaves are little hard to bite. This is our childhood recipe..

We make moringa leaves Adai we call in tamil. We soak idli rice and grind it_ smooth batter with salt.While preparing the adai_put the batter on the tawa_ sprinkle moringa leaves on top_flit it over_cook for a while_ then remove front the tawa & eat with any chutney/ sambar._muringa ilai adai_ it is called.you can try.I am from Chennai Dr.I enjoy all your videos.

I consume it in a fresh juice, put a handful of moringa leaves with turmeric, ginger, pepper, lemon and a little water in a blinder. Blend until you obtain a chunkless juice. Drink at least 2x per week. You will have a lot of energy and no more pain.

A fantastic and easyiest way to include moringa (any greens) in diet is to finely chop and add to dosa or idly batter or wheat flour and make your breakfast...in this way you will not feel you are taking greens because it doesnt taste diffetent but almost same as the regular one. First try half fistfull leaves for 4 idlys or 3 dosa or 3 chapati .....then you can do upto 1 fist. This is how i include greens in my daily routine....( donot grind the leaves because it gives you all the leafy flovours to food which i personally dont like) I have arthritis all over my joints (im 31 year old) i do yoga daily , donot eat any packaged or store bought foods....i am literally seeing wonders ...following this from 3 months

Hii Dr Iam a south Indian we use moringa in different forms in parathas friedrice dal especially moringa roasted powder which is used as side dish for idli dosa uttapa with rice and any tiffins here is the recipe 1.spoon chanadal 1.spoon moongdal 1.spoon groundnut 1.spoon sesame seeds 10 to 12. red chillies a lemon size tamarind 1 .spoon jeera 1.spoon coriander seeds 2t0 3 cups of moringa leaves roast all the ingredients on low flame with a little bit of oil lastly add moringa leaves rost until it turns in to crispy add tamarind roast for one minute allow it to cool once it is cooled take into a jar with salt and grind it into a powder now all in one moringa powder ready try this once u all will like it

I used Murugai keerai powder prepared at home.Being diabetic,after taking Murungai keerai powder in warm water in empty stomach,the Fasting sugar came down to 92 from 120.It,'s a miracle, Post prandial came down to 82 from 145 or more. Cholestrol levels r also slowly coming down. As told by u doctor,if all diabetic patients follow this,they can revert back diabetics within a short time. It's a curse,Murungs trees r being cut and destroyed for Road expansion and construction of new buildings. It's a blessing to us all in South India,please plant one tree at each house .

Thank you doctor Joshi. For Moringa infusion- just boil 2 cups of water by adding 1/4 teasspon of garlic and ginger paste and pinch of salt. When boiling just add the leaves of fresh moringa leaves and switch off the stove. When luke warm drink your soup or infusion. I love it this way and hope you will also love it. It is so simple.❤

Thank you doc. After watching your videos on moringa's benefits, i started taking it. 1/2 tsp morning and evening for the first one week, then 1tsp morning and evening the following week. It does what it promises but i had issues with my lower abdomen during the times I took it, is like it didn't work well with my birth control implant. Moringa is such a powerful food. Thank you Doctor for your valuable video. I would like to share Moringa dry palya recipe which I usually prepare at home. Take a bunch of moringa leaves, 2 onions, 4 green chillies, boiled toordal, little grated coconut. Put some oil in a pan and heat, add little mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal, jeera, hing. After mustard splutters, add finely chopped green chillies, onion, moringa leaves and saute nicely. Then sprinkle some water to this and cook till the leaves are finely cooked. Now add boiled toordal in which the water is squeezed completely. Add coconut and cook for 5 mins. Add 1 tsp lemon juice after putting off the stove. Delicious moringa dry palya is ready to serve. (You can use the squeezed toordal water to prepare rasam.)

Hi. In my country, two decades ago, moringa was a common leafy vegetable cooked in every house. The trees were found in every corner of the streets. Well, grandma used to wash the leaves after removing them from the stem. Lightly chopped them. Sautéed chopped onions, cloves of garlic and a dried chilli. She then added the leaves sprinkling some water. Covered it and allowed to cook on low flame and stirred it to see if cooked. She served with faratas or rice with any dal [ pulse]. The drumsticks were added in the pulses or masala veg dishes as they are rich in protein.

I mix Moringa, Turmeric, Ginger Powder and black pepper (30/30/30/10) in a blender. I put them in size '00' capsules and take 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening with food. This mix is anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-inflamatory, anti-oxidant (and much more of course). The other mix I am starting is 55/20/20/5 (same ingredients as before). Black pepper in general helps with absorpion of vitamins. Read on the properties of each ingredient to learn more. 💥💥💥

We had a morninga tree in my parents house. My mum used to make fresh mornings leaves dry curry with grated coconut. We also made hot tamarind moringa leaves curry which is tasty with white rice. Only thing is we have to eat in moderation. We cant eat a lot like spinach. If we eat too much it can cause indigestion. Probably it has more fibre . Fresh moringa leaves dishes are very tasty.

Yeah I looked up how to get rid of grey hairs and was recommended Moringa and Black strap molasses. I currently take 2 teaspoons with 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, and a little honey and lemon. I like trying it with other things to make it more delicious lol.

Good food, but like most all 'green powders' it tremendously thins blood. That's not a bad thing for some people, but if you have any bleeding condition (like Thrombo Cytopedia) or are on 'blood thinners', do not take this.

Moringa does not work for me, but I cannot tell you for sure if Moringa would be contraindicated for people on blood thinners. I would check with an ayurvedic practioner or you could do a search on chat GPT to get some more information.

We make moringa salad in my culture with peanut powder (grounded peanut cakes powder called ‘kuli kuli’ in my language. The leaves are boiled and the water drained and the peanut powder, oil, freshly chopped tomatoes and red onions are added with salt and pepper. I have tried it with vinaigrette dressing with the peanut and its also very nice. Thanks tor sharing the soup recipe and I will watch and try 🙏🏾

Put very little oil in utensils, fry onion few seconds, add 2 sliced tomatoes, fry few minutes, add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, cook few seconds, add 3 cups of water,salt, and few handful moringa leaves(tender leaves are better for this recipes..boil abt 10-15 mins..its like a moringa soup, we accompany it with rice, fried/sautée chicken/fish or meat, aloo bhujia and piclkes..u can even simply drink the moringa soup..

Hi Dr. I'm from Bangalore. Many types of sabjis can be made . Here is one for you very easy. Wash the greens (drumstick leaves) . To a pan add a teaspoon of oil, mustard seeds , red chilli, smashed or sliced garlic 5 to 6 pods, add one chopped onion , green chilli if required according to your spicy, when the onion turn to light brownish color add the leaves without the stem . Cook for 5 to 8 mts with a 100 ml water. Add salt according to the taste . Add hand full of grated coconut and stir it and off the flames. To the same poril u can even boil dhoor dal and add to it at the last. Any sprouts ( green gram, horse gram ,chama)etc can be boiled seperately and add. For all those who eat eggs once after the greens are cooked can add eggs. You need to beat egg seperately adding salt and pepper fry it for 2 mts and then add it to the greens. All these above recipes can be taken with white rice, dal or rasam . For chapathi s , dosa ❤

recepie of murunguka leaves.....Take 6 to 7 bunches of sticks, holding murunguka leaves from the tree. Segregate the leaves from the stems you brought from the tree... wash it in fresh water to remove any dust on it drain and keep the leaves aside. Take a cup full of grated coconut, some garlic flakes, fresh, red chillies, 2 teaspoon ful of oil for seasoning, salt to taste. Place a pan on gas, add the oil, seasoning ingredients.. I.e. garlic flakes and red chillies cut in small shapes. Add the washed leaves which is still wet. Add salt. Close it with a lid. Steam it for 4 minutes. Allow it to get cooked in sim gas. Once soft, add the full cup of coconut to it. It's one best side dishes which can be taken with rice, chapati, roti.
