This reminded me of an experience at Burma Burma in Hyderabad that impressed me with its thoughtful service. Despite the frequent crowds and waiting times, they provide a menu on a stand outside the restaurant. This allows waiting customers to check their options in advance, saving time for both diners and the restaurant.

That’s a very good point to learn about UX! We can learn about how understanding the entire journey of the customer, not just within your core offering, but also how they get into that. On top of it, the menu outside, saves time for customers to decide ahead what they want to order (reminds me of flexibility and efficiency of use heuristic, on identifying opportunities to make the experience efficient) Thank you for the thoughtful comment!

Wow this video is a real eye opener. It opens the doors in all possible directions. And this is highly useful for people who transition from graphic design to UX like me. Thank you so much Anudeep 🙏🙌

Anudeep, thanks for making these videos.. they answer questions I always had, but afraid to ask or didn’t know whom to ask.. Can you also make a video on how to pick the right role and judge if openings are right for us? A lot of openings on linkedin for ux role ask for graphic design knowledge, coding knowledge etc. since there are very few openings, we end up applying to them.. can we also apply for openings for senior positions or who ask for experience .. what is the solution to this?

Hi Anudeep sir, great vid, as always. I am a final-year undergrad looking for an internship in product design. I have a portfolio in place and have applied to and interviewed for multiple good product-based companies. The thing is, I get past a couple of rounds just to be rejected in the final one. I am trying to learn new things, thinking about improving my case studies (but the feedback is non-existent from people who've interviewed me). What do you think should I do better?

I’ll make a video about this topic shortly! The clue: The feedback from interviews works more like how we gather insights from usability testing. - Users don’t explicitly ask. We observe and learn insights!
