Thank you for your honesty about your whole abdominal situation. Four pregnancies in 5.5 years (three weighing >9.5 lbs) with a petite frame has left my skin in the same situation. Wearing a shape-wear garment to smooth out the extra skin (not for the "slimming" intention) makes my clothes fit better and makes me feel a lot more confident. 😊 You look great. When you were talking about how much Hailey is a blessing in your life, I broke into tears from guilt. I'm 6 weeks postpartum and earlier I kept thinking about how I couldnt wait to get back to work so I could have a break from my baby, and how frustrated I am at him all the time. But seeing Hailey's growth and how you talked about her made me realize what a blessing it is that I have my son and he's healthy and he'll grow up in a blink of an eye. I would love it if you made a video on the specific things you did to get through your baby blues/PP depression. Thank you for reminding me I have a little miracle 💗

Emily Elizabeth don't feel bad sweet momma! We all feel some of those same things. I am 2 months pp and having a newborn, in my case 2 newborns, is sweet but also extremely difficult. Keep your head up. Being a mom is a huge blessing, but it is okay to not always "feel" that way. We still love our babies no matter what.

Thank you SO much for the stomach and overall fitness update! I've birthed 3 babies as well (9lbs, 9.5lbs, and 10.5lbs) and my stomach looks identical to yours. The muscle tone and strength is there but the loose skin remains overtop. It's so refreshing to hear someone speak positively about it and not jump straight to wanting surgery. I go back and forth with accepting the changes and then feeling jealous of those women whose skin bounced back. The hardest part with the loose skin is that the more weight you lose and the more toned you get, the more wrinkly it appears (in my case anyway). Anyway, just wanted to say thank you for the encouraging words and positive vibes. Our bodies are truly amazing and it's important to appreciate the extent of what they go through to grow and birth these little miracles. xo

I am glad you mentioned being insecure about the loose skin. I am 2 months pp from my twin pregnancy. I consider my children a huge blessing, but it is nice to know that I am not the only one who isn't thrilled about the permanent effects pregnancy can leave behind. You have definitely challenged me to work on toning my midsection. Your 1 yr pic shows a huge difference! I had a vaginal with twin a and c section with twin b, so I feel like my abdominal muscles are extremely weak right now. They definitely need some attention.
