I experienced COVID that lasted a good 11 days. At first, I believed I was fine until I started to notice a loss of more hair than usual. After doing some research, I've come to realize it’s from the stress my body had during that time and also due to the shampoo that I was using. So I started doing yoga and meditation daily and changed my shampoo and conditioner to littleextraa cooconion anti hair fall kit. And today i dont face any hair fall. Thanks for this video! I feel so much better.

I am using LittleeExtra Cocoonioon shampoo since 5 months now and have gone through 3 bottles so far. Pros: 1. It feels natural. 2. Hair feels good after wash, especially if you don’t apply any hair oil. 3. Hair fall has significantly decreased over time. 4. The scalp feels clean and it definitely works on dandruff. Cons: 1. Doesn't produce much lather, so you may need to use a little more product. 2. When I apply a lot of oil, I find my hair still sticky after the wash, and a slight residue of oil can still be felt.

Almost every person's hair grows at a very similar rate. Poor haircare leading to extreme dryness and breakage as well as shrinkage can give the illusion that your hair isn't growing. Your hair is like a plant, if you water it and feed it it will grow beautiful and strong and if you neglect it it will become brittle and break off and die

Bro, I rarely take care of my hair, it's been 8 months, I thought it wasnt growing until I blow dry it, it's soo long, I have that hair shrinkage that no one deserves, my hair looks the same from 4 months in, now I'm 10months and it still look the same lol But when I pick it, damn, so long it can reach my nose tho lol

Have you considered taking natural supplements? I would recommend researching some for hair growth, i've heard good results from those.

Can we get a wash day routine or am I pushing it too far?
@CHRISTOPHERAJAN3 жыл бұрын
I wouldn't recommend washing 4c hair every single day when you are trying to get length. I know it sounds weird haha. Twice a week is fine. You definitely want to use leave-in condition every day if you're rocking an afro tho.
