Wash hair with lukewarm water, Wear a satin or silk scarf while sleeping, Rinse hair with diluted apple cider vinegar for shine, Use liitllleextra coocoonnion hair oil shampoo duo. This worked for my sister, and she reduced her hair fall with this routine.

This coooconioon oil from liitllextra feels very expertly created. Its ingredients in the product prove to be very effective in controlling hair fall. I have not seen a product as this oil ever. My hair have become very smooth while new baby hairs are starting to appear. The oil does not remain in the hair post a wash.

@@thamesplayz7406 alright bro, so I’m no master yet but I’ll try and walk you through if h my wash days. So first I shampoo my hair in the shower after wetting my hair for at least 5 minutes make sure that you are shampooing your scalp. Next you put conditioner in your hair in SECTIONS and detangle your hair (I do this out of the shower but if it’s easier for you do it in the shower). After your hair is detangle rinse the conditioner out and then apply a deep conditioner (if your hair is low porosity you could get a plastic cap, put it over your hair, and then use a blow dryer to make sure the deep conditioner really gets into your hair). After like 20 minutes you can rinse that out and then you apply leave in conditioner, oil, and curl cream in that order and finally you can apply gel if you want. Depending on how your hair does throughout the week you can add water or a little more product if you feel like your hair needs it, and you can oil your scalp every other day until your next wash day. I hope this helps bro!

Honestly, I highly recommend just continuing to do all of those steps, even after the 60 days, once your hair is long enough to put in a protective style go ahead and put your hair into a protective style ( cornrows, preferably ) and continue to do all of those steps Providing nutrition from the inside and out , providing amazing, scalp and hair conditions, Putting your hair in a protective style Keeping this consistent will help you to double your hair growth and half of the time

@kozact
@kozact Жыл бұрын
You would apply the leave in conditioner, however often you normally apply a conditioner, this is typically one to two times a week on average, but it’s mainly going to be dependent on your own hair, so, if you run your hands through your hair and your hair feels dry I recommend applying a leave in conditioner, then, after that, be sure to seal in the moisture with the hair oil
@mikeyfrmnyc
@mikeyfrmnyc Жыл бұрын
so if I was to oil my hair today (monday) and then put the leave in conditioner as well, i put the wild growth oil in my hair again on Wednesday (aka every other day), and i wait till next monday to put the leave in conditioner again, which would be once a week
@kozact
@kozact Жыл бұрын
Yes, on Monday you would first oil your scalp, and spend at least one minute it and get into your scalp, You then would apply a leave in conditioner , and then you would seal that in by applying the oil to your actual hair now ( a light coat ) You would skip Tuesday then on Wednesday , you would apply that oil into your scalp again, and make sure to massage it in, if your hair feels like it’s still moisturize you can pass on moisturizing your hair ( so no leave in conditioner nor oil needed , if you don’t feel it is necessary ) You would only moisturize your hair if it feels dry and need some moisture, You would skip Thursday And oil your scalp again on Friday Say, if on Friday, you run your hands through your hair and feel that it’s a little dry, you would go ahead and apply oil to your scalp again and massage it in, then apply conditioner into your hair again, and seal it in with oil once again And you would continue doing that each week

You would still do all of the steps of making sure you’re eating foods that are rich in essential vitamins and nutrients needed to grow hair, you would also be sure to condition your scalp in your hair properly, u would do this until your hair reaches about 4 to 5 inches in length, and then you would immediately put your hair in a protective style You can also take hair supplements , that contain biotin in them

I suggest using wild growth hair oil as your hair and scalp oil, You can also use Ali Kay’s leave in conditioner, or Shea yogurt moisturizer as a leave in as well These are all products that contain very natural ingredients so they should work well with most hair types These are also a few of my favorites
