Congratulations on your anniversary..... I'm making my year in October 2022! I have up and down days as I wish my hair was thicker and that I had more locs, only 218 loss - I've done everything to my hair so this is it for me - love them still. Sisterlocs are smaller than yours so I'm sure you won't lose locs but yes combine if it would ease your mind

How many times do you have to re-twist in a month? I started my microlocs with two strand twists and started re-twisting to maintain but it’s not working for my hair. Hair is coming out of the two strand twists and the re-twist doesn’t last. I’m thinking of switching to braid locs.

I usually retwist once every 1-2 months. Have you tried interlocking? That lasts much longer than the retwist❤️
